“We have had a lovely family break with our grandchildren, caravan was lovely and clean and very cosy.”

It was great having the beach so close, we thought it was a perfect base. We were a bit disappointed with having to wait so long for food at Jakes over an hour and a half but its just that time of year, wouldn't recommend the high ropes etc we found it not very well organised. Overall our stay was great, site lovely and clean, nice people and the sun shone, what more can you ask for. We would definitely book with Andy again if he'll have us.

Perfectly situated in a quiet area but still closed to all amenities. Great to have our own parking space too. Andy was more than helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. All in all a thoroughly lovely time was had by us all and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Loved it.

The caravan was just as we expected, clean, well maintained and in a great location. The beach and coastal path are only a few minutes walk away, our dog was most impressed! The weather was fantastic so we were able to sit out on the decking and enjoy the evening sun. Andrew was very friendly, helpful and quick to answer any queries we had. We had everything that we needed and really enjoyed our stay.

The caravan was exceptionally clean and well-equipped, providing us with all the comforts we needed for a relaxing stay. We were particularly impressed with the attention to detail in maintaining the caravan. Everything was spotless and in perfect working order, which made our stay very enjoyable. The cosy and welcoming atmosphere inside the caravan and on the veranda made it feel like a home away from home. Additionally, the communication from Andy was excellent. Andy was always prompt, clear, and helpful whenever I made contact , which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. While the park itself was lovely with plenty of activities for my grandchildren, it was the quality and cleanliness of the caravan, along with the excellent communication, that truly stood out to us. We had a fantastic time and are already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you for providing such a wonderful accommodation option for families.

Andy could not have been more helpful and sent me details of everything and a number to collect the key as we arrived late. The holiday home was just like home from home with absolutely everything that you would need. It was spotless and I will definitely be booking with Andy In the future. “We have had the best time at White House Leisure Park.”

The kids enjoyed it and so did we. There was plenty to do and the staff were sooo friendly! The caravan was beautiful and so clean. We are so happy we booked to stay where we did and we will definitely be booking again. The owner contacted us a few days prior to our stay and on the day with details we needed. Absolutely amazing weekend!

This caravan has everything you need and more, home from home. Very comfortable, spacious, immaculately clean, great wifi and a nice big decking to relax on. Also fab location. Close to Jakes bar which is great for families, couples and friends .... the DJ was everyones favourite! Loved the beach access, we had lovely walks to Towyn and Abergele along the beach. Sorry to be coming home. Communication was excellent from start to finish.

“Lovely caravan, not many available with 2 double beds.”

Having wi-fi, Netflux and Disney channel was a real bonus, as was the wrap around decking with good seating. Great communication from owner who was happy and quick to answer any queries. Maybe consider a basic instruction sheet for wi-fi code, location of electric trip switch etc to save mithering owner. Site is well situated and kids enjoyed the facilitiess at Jakes clubhouse, which is only a few minutes walk from caravan. Would have preferred to be able to book a bedding package as it was a bit of a faff. Remember to take loo roll as got caught out with that one on arrival. All in all very nice caravan and we all enjoyed our break.

Party of four adults and one dog The van has everything you need, lovely veranda and seating area, and well presented. We booked direct with Andy and his response and communication is great. The site is a perfect spot for exploring North Wales, and just a 15 min drive to Anglesey. We will definitely return. Thanks Andy

“Fantastic caravan.”

Has everything you need and a whole lot more. Central heated and double glazed so we were toastie despite the awful weather. Three bedrooms were spacious, more than your average caravan. Internet was brilliant watched films on Netflix. It was spotlessly clean, home from home enjoyed our stay so much. Would highly tecommend this caravan as you cant go wrong.

Caravan is beautiful with plenty of room and 2 bathrooms. They have Disney and Netflix to watch as well that came in handy. Shower was a large size which was brilliant for my disabled mum. There is your own parking space at the side of the caravan and plenty of seating on the decking. Facility’s on site are good as well as being able to go next door to Golden Gates to use their facilities as well. I would definitely stay here again in the future !! Thanks to Andy and family :)

“Nicest caravan we have ever stayed in.”

Andy and hus wife met us at reception and walked us round, showed us how everything worked and even left us a Complimentary bottle of wine. Close to all facilities on site, beach and bus stops right outside the site, with regular busses travelling in either direction. Overall we had a fantastic time. Our two boys were especially impressed with the ps4 ????. Will definitely be booking again!! ?????

“After looking at lots of caravans and places to stay we came across this caravan and immediately thought what a beautiful caravan which would be perfect for our family break away, I can honestly say this caravan is immaculate and the decor is modern and fresh, having 2 toilets was great with 4 of us!”

The outdoor decking and seating area is perfect for the nice sunny days and it's a secure area for the kids to play (our 17 month baby just loved running up and down) The site itself is clean well maintained and a two minute walk to the beach from the caravan. The site is pet friendly and had lots to do along with the shared site golden gate for all ages, play area, crazy golf swimming, arcades and family bars even a lovely beach bar outside that makes you feel like your abroad (my personal fave) food was lovely there too. Lastly ide like to mention Andrew and his family who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect, they were so welcoming and the little added extras and personal touches were amazing. Highly recommend, we will certainly be returning to make more memories.

“Wow what an amazing luxury caravan for a faction of the price some are charging.”

We're a family of 4 with a 6 year old and 14 year old the older 1 loved going to the fairs met loads of holiday friends whilst we enjoyed a warm swimming pool on golden gate every morning with our youngest. Thought the food at jakes was amazing an really well priced the beach bar was so relaxing you could of been in ibiza. Some really good live entertainment on a few times. The beach was a 2 min walk you didn't even need to cross the road. The caravan was lovely really homely wifi was as good as our house. Really quiet at night even tho its only 3 min walk to jakes you couldn't hear anything. But we really enjoyed a glass of wine on the spacious decking at night. We had an amazing time and have already booked again for next year. Thanks for helping us make memories ??
