“Had a lovely visit over the summer.”

Caravans in a great location . The caravan has every thing you need a real home from home ,( including a clothes horse which was a life saver. )The WiFi was brilliant and definitely needed as the site doesn’t get much signal (except in Jake’s ) . Any questions were answered straight away from owners ..we ate out so didn’t use the majority of appliances , but all seemed in working order . Caravan was clean , and deposit was returned with no problem - we would recommend staying in this ...

“Had a great stay thank you Amy, the caravan was lovely and clean everything you'd need for a fab holiday, close to all amenities and a bus stop right outside the camp to take you on day trips, close to jakes bar where we had a lovely meal and drinks, once again thank you.”

“Caravan was situated in a quiet spot close to all amenities and beach with car park space next to Caravan.”

Caravan is 3 bedroom with plenty of space in living area and kitchen with large dining table large shower and 2 toilets which was very handy. Bedrooms had plenty of storage. Caravan also had vacuum cleaner ironing board iron hairdryer sofa was comfy and large tv.Outside was large decking with sofa which got sun till late evening. Caravan was spotless when we got in. Amy the host was quick to answer any questions.

“Caravan and park were both exceptionally clean and well maintained.”

We were supplied with everything we needed except good weather which obviously can’t be predicted in North Wales, high winds and rain were the norm for this trip. Very close to the coastal path with a nice beach for walking and nice small towns close by so all in all we would recommend this place.

“Caravan was lovely, plenty of space for 3 young children.”

Situated in a good position, few minutes walk to the beach and few minutes walk to the kids play area and the bar/restaurant. Caravan manager was very approachable and fast to respond to any questions. Would stay again

“As a family of 6 with children aging between 17 - 5, I was quite dubious as to whether we would fit comfortably.”

I can honestly say that the caravan is surprisingly very spacious. The pictures you have uploaded do not do it justice. It was beautiful inside and out. Due to the weather, we spent alot of time in the caravan and it just felt like a home from home. Thank you for a lovely relaxing week away. We will be returning very soon

Lovely caravan in a great location close to the beach and walking distance to local attractions Could have done with a few additional items about such as bathroom bin, non slip Matt, toilet roll and condiments in stock Curtain pole not secure and fell off every time of opening curtains However did not affect our stay just a few items which would make outstanding kind regards

“Couldn't fault it caravan clean and tidy on arrival site clean and staff helpfull and pleasant.”

Beautiful areas to walk so you can get out of the hustle and bustle Short walk to railway station where staff their helpful and friendly for those like us that don't use public transfer so don't be put off. Owners of caravan very quick to response through email and even apologised for late reply when it wasn't that late a definite returner five stars from us

The property

Here is our beautiful family owned modern caravan, situated on White House leisure Park, Towyn North Wales. In the caravan there is 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 singles with one of the singles being adaptable to place a travel cot there if needed. Wardrobes and storage in all rooms too.

There is a large shower in the main bathroom and also a separate toilet. The lounge is lovely and spacious with a large TV, DVD player and lots of DVDs to choose from, there is a beautiful electric fire place making it cosy in the evenings with the flickering flame effects. The dining area/ kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need for your holiday.

The caravan does have WIFI and works well with multiple devices. Outside there is a beautiful decking area with seating and a lockable gate, there is also a grass area too, we also have private parking situated right next to the caravan. On White House leisure park there is a beautiful new for 2022 Tiki beach bar with live entertainment and club house with lots of activities to do, mini golf , play area and a small soft play and arcade room, and from the site there is direct access to the beach.

We do have full use of the sister site Golden gates which has a swimming pool, arcades, soft play, fish and chip shop and much more which is only next door. Dates are not booked until a deposit has been paid and received.

Towyn is a popular seaside resort residing in Conwy, in between the neighbouring coastal towns of Rhyl and Llandudno. This bustling town is home to a sandy beach which stretches for miles alongside Victorian arcades, classic fish and chip shops, and local pubs and shops.
