“We’ve just left after a lovely week.”

We’re familiar with the surroundings as stay local every year. It’s perfect for the number 12 bus which takes you everywhere you want to go. Golden gate next day has a variety of children’s entertainment and Jakes has lots of entertainment for all ages. Angela was super speedy at responding to my email queries she was lovely and helpful. The caravan felt homely with the ornaments and things around the van. The site has a bridge straight over to the beach which was perfect for watching the ...

Colwyn Bay 6 miles; Llandudno 12 miles; Conwy 12 miles.

The pleasant seaside town of Abergele stands on the lovely North Wales coastline and is ideally positioned between the stunning Vale of Clwyd and the lovely Conwy Valley. Renowned for the impressive Gwrych Castle which overlooks the town, and its enormous sandy beach, the whole area offers safe bathing waters and excellent watersports facilities. There is also a coastal cycle path which runs along the Abergele seafront, and for walking enthusiasts, the Offa's Dyke pathway, the Clwydian Hill Range and beautiful Betws-y-Coed known as the "Gateway to Snowdonia" are all nearby. The beautiful castles of Rhuddlan, Bodelwyddan, Conwy and Caernarfon are not to be missed, and the delightful award-winning Victorian town of Llandudno, offering quality shops, restaurants, a fantastic dry ski slope and exciting cable car rides over the Great Orme, is within easy driving distance.
