“We stopped here on bank holiday and found the caravan to be what we hoped, it was very close to the facilities but was very quiet, there is tons to do on site but on those inevatible rainy days there are loads of things in th caravan to help you stay sane haha, Thanks Karen for letting us use this caravan it was a much needed fuss free break, just wish it could have been longer.”

“Excellent location near the main facilities but far enough away that there is no noise from the complex.”

No need for me to bring high chair, bed guard or travel cot as these were all supplied and up ready for my arrival. Beds all made up and very comfortable. The welcome hamper is a lovely touch. Will definitely be returning.

The check in time of 1-30 is brilliant. When we got in the caravan wow it was so clean and every room smelt loverly. The caravan has everything you would need and more and so homely. The welcome basket was filled with lots of goodies for us to enjoy. The caravan is situated in an ideal part of the camp so near to the facility’s it was an ideal location. Karen the owner is so helpful. I will definitely be booking this caravan again and would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to stay at primrose valley you won’t be disappointed.

“Wow...”

well this caravan is 100% the best we have stayed at. Close to Funworks and still quiet! My children loved feeling so at home. I've never seen a cleaner, family orientated caravan! The snacks left for us was a wonderful treat. Will definitely be booking again. Thank you Karen!

The property

Thanks for looking at our ABI St David which is new to the rental market in 2020. Sleeping up to 6 people our pristine caravan has French doors opening on to a spacious balcony. It has its own parking bay in a quiet cul-de-sac with no through traffic or thoroughfare.

The location is perfect benefiting from its closeness to the main complex and amenities on Primrose Valley along with a short walk to the beach.

Set in the magnificent Filey Bay, Filey is a traditional English seaside resort with a friendly atmosphere, offering a restful holiday, making it an ideal place to stay for walkers and wildlife watchers at any time of the year. Filey Brigg is a low headland that protects Filey Bay and provides good bird watching and seawatching opportunities all year round. The 400 ft high Bempton Cliffs (RSPB Reserve) to the south of Filey Bay are home to over 250,000 seabirds in the summer. The town itself seems almost caught in a time warp, retaining much of its character with individual shops, narrow paths and ginnels and there is a slipway where local fishermen keep their boats, plus delightful beach chalets that can be hired through the summer months. The bay is edged with two promenades and there are various gardens, where brass bands play on a Sunday afternoon. This small town is family orientated and there are loads of family activities such as Alpamare UK waterpark, Filey Bird Garden and Animal Park and the Filey Dams Nature Reserve, a wetland reserve where all kinds of common and rare birdlife can be seen. A short drive brings you to the busier town of Scarborough where you will find great beaches, a castle, the Rotunda Museum and the acclaimed Sea Life Centre. Other towns worth visiting close to Filey include Bridlington, Whitby, Hornsea and Saltburn, which all demonstrate the vibrancy of this picturesque North Yorkshire region.
