“Myself and my family recently stayed in this caravan and can honestly say, it was a pleasure.”

Owner was really accommodating with check in/out and has great communication. There were 4 adults and 3 children during our stay and although the caravan was narrow, it was still big enough for everybody. The Caravan was clean and tidy, has lots of little extra’s which come in handy, free WiFi, dvd player, cards/games. There were plenty of cooking utensils, pots/pans etc and the location of the caravan on the large park is ideal. 5 min walk to the main amenities and 5-10 min walk to the ...

We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others :)

“In my opinion primrose valley is for a families with young kids or mature couples who likes nature and walks or spent time on the beach if you are lucky with the weather, as there is nothing to do for us with older kids, entertainment finish around 10.”

30pm and casino too so you are forced to ho back to caravan around 11pm so if you are party animal then is not for you lol. Prices are very high and play pass hives you only 1h at the pools which are shallow and you need to pay extra on other activities. On the other hand this caravan is a very good value for money, has a 3 bedrooms and was clean and has everything you need, Jade the owner is very polite and extremely helpful with her fast responses so thanks to this caravan and service we have had a lovely stay overall. “The caravan has a good location and is central to both parts of the complex.”

The accommodation itself unfortunately was tired and dirty I spend the first evening mopping and decided to take showers at my friend's who lives in Filey as the bathroom had alot of mildew. The van has a strong smell that despite febreeze and bleaching. Very much believe in the you get what you pay for but I would have expected cleanliness to be much better

Fantastic communication with faye. Caravan has everything you need for your stay and was very clean and tidy . It is a basic van buy that's all you need . Bonus points free WiFi

The property

Situated on Oak Meadows, which is in a prime location.

Very quiet area yet only a very short 3-minute walk to all amenities and night life!

It offers a private parking space where you can still see your car from the caravan! The caravan has 3 bedrooms - 2 x single twins and 1 x double).

Along with the pull-out sofa bed for 2 persons, so this can very comfortably fit up to 8 people.

All the bedrooms also benefit from wardrobes.

We provide fresh bedding for guests.

All we ask is for you to bring your own towels for your stay.

The caravan has a shower, wash basin and toilet in the bathroom. The caravan has a large, open-plan living area.

The lounge has a large corner sofa, a 32-inch smart TV with access to Netflix and all the added home comforts.

It also benefits from a gas fire and full electric heating throughout the caravan. The kitchen has all the cooking essentials such as pots, pans, cutlery, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave and under counter fridge with a freezer compartment.

There is a dining table seating 6.

Free Wi-Fi is also included.

Check-In for the caravan is from 4pm on your arrival date.

Right next to the caravan door located just outside we have a key safe box, which is where we keep the keys for all new arrivals.

The code to access this box is text to you at your arrival time.

Check-out is 10am on your official departure date. Please note that entertainment passes for the complex onsite are not included in the rental cost of this holiday home and are to be bought from reception if you wish to use the park's facilities on arrival.

Passes are not needed to stay in the caravan itself. Please don't hesitate to contact us with any queries, and we will be happy to help you!

Scarborough 7.7 miles; Bridlington 10.5 miles.

Set in the magnificent Filey Bay, Filey is a traditional English seaside resort with a friendly atmosphere, offering a restful holiday, making it an ideal place to stay for walkers and wildlife watchers at any time of the year. Filey Brigg is a low headland that protects Filey Bay and provides good bird watching and seawatching opportunities all year round. The 400 ft high Bempton Cliffs (RSPB Reserve) to the south of Filey Bay are home to over 250,000 seabirds in the summer. The town itself seems almost caught in a time warp, retaining much of its character with individual shops, narrow paths and ginnels and there is a slipway where local fishermen keep their boats, plus delightful beach chalets that can be hired through the summer months. The bay is edged with two promenades and there are various gardens, where brass bands play on a Sunday afternoon. This small town is family orientated and there are loads of family activities such as Alpamare UK waterpark, Filey Bird Garden and Animal Park and the Filey Dams Nature Reserve, a wetland reserve where all kinds of common and rare birdlife can be seen. A short drive brings you to the busier town of Scarborough where you will find great beaches, a castle, the Rotunda Museum and the acclaimed Sea Life Centre. Other towns worth visiting close to Filey include Bridlington, Whitby, Hornsea and Saltburn, which all demonstrate the vibrancy of this picturesque North Yorkshire region.
