“Stayed in both of Kevin's caravans now and really cannot fault them at all, both beautiful and clean and have all the extra stuff that you usually always forget!”

Have games and dads for kiddos, WiFi is always a bonus too especially for bedtime watching for kids! Kevin is really easy to communicate with, never had any issues. A lovely van and I will deffo be looking to book my 3rd stay with Kevin's vans. Can't complement them enough! Thankyou for another lovely stay during the half term :)!!

“We had a wonderful week in Kevin’s clean, comfortable and well equipped caravan.”

The caravan had everything that we needed and comfy beds. The location was excellent for the facilities (having young children and a granny with us) and a lovely spacious spot. Sadly we didn’t get to make much use of the spacious veranda due to the lack of sunshine! Kevin was very helpful and always quick to answer any questions, excellent service all round and would thoroughly recommend

We met Kevin and his sister when we arrived and they are great people who put a lot of care and effort in to the caravan and they put the cleanliness high on their priorities and it shows. The caravan is in a great place on the site and has fantastic views from the large wrap round veranda.

“We have just got back from a wonderful weekend at this caravan.”

It is located right on the edge of the Blue Dolphin park so you are not bothered by noise from the many amenities the park has. It is also just next to the cliff tops so fantastic for an evening stroll to see the sunset over Scarborough Bay. The caravan is equipped like a home from home and many extra little touches have been thought of. The deck area is an absolute sun trap and we spent a wonderful afternoon on the comfy outdoor couch. The caravan was beautifully clean on arrival and we appreciate the little touch of the hand sanitiser on entry. The communication with the owner was excellent and very quick on every contact We were a mixed family group and this large homely caravan was perfect for a wonderful break. I hope to return soon

We had a great time. The caravan was spotless, very well equipped with stunning views. The owners have ensured that it has a cosy and relaxing atmosphere. The veranda was an added bonus with the comfy seating. The booking experience was outstanding and Kevin kept in touch prior to our holiday and throughout our stay. Thank you Kevin and Denise. We will definitely return to your beautiful caravan.

The accommodation is beautifully kept and is in a very good location. It's near the centre of the park but far enough away that you don't get any noise or lots of people walking through. Kevin is a very helpful host too.

It was lovely and clean and plenty of room for my family including 2 lively little boys. Its location couldn't of been anymore perfect, with a little park one caravan down and backing on to grass, a very short walk to the complex but never heard any noise at all. The kitchen utensils came in really handy and the extra's such as games and DVDs were a lovely touch. I was apprehensive booking through a website instead of Haven direct but Kevin was really accommodating of me paying by PayPal and put my mind at ease. We would love to return next year. Thank you

“We have just got home from a lovely weekend at Kevin and Sue’s caravan, firstly when Kevin found out we had a young child who needed a bed he let us stay in his bigger caravan when I had only booked the smaller one.”

Secondly Kevin was really responsive to my million questions. Thirdly the caravan was spotless the WiFi worked fantastic. We have never stayed in such a lovely and homely caravan. We will 100% book again of Kevin will have us!!!

“A lovely spacious caravan, it was clean on arrival, beds were comfy.”

The owner was very helpful and answered any questions we had. He advised us of local places to visit. It’s has fantastic views, a lovely wrap around veranda, which was gated, so useful with the young ones. Would definitely look to stay again.

Set in the magnificent Filey Bay, Filey is a traditional English seaside resort with a friendly atmosphere, offering a restful holiday, making it an ideal place to stay for walkers and wildlife watchers at any time of the year. Filey Brigg is a low headland that protects Filey Bay and provides good bird watching and seawatching opportunities all year round. The 400 ft high Bempton Cliffs (RSPB Reserve) to the south of Filey Bay are home to over 250,000 seabirds in the summer. The town itself seems almost caught in a time warp, retaining much of its character with individual shops, narrow paths and ginnels and there is a slipway where local fishermen keep their boats, plus delightful beach chalets that can be hired through the summer months. The bay is edged with two promenades and there are various gardens, where brass bands play on a Sunday afternoon. This small town is family orientated and there are loads of family activities such as Alpamare UK waterpark, Filey Bird Garden and Animal Park and the Filey Dams Nature Reserve, a wetland reserve where all kinds of common and rare birdlife can be seen. A short drive brings you to the busier town of Scarborough where you will find great beaches, a castle, the Rotunda Museum and the acclaimed Sea Life Centre. Other towns worth visiting close to Filey include Bridlington, Whitby, Hornsea and Saltburn, which all demonstrate the vibrancy of this picturesque North Yorkshire region.
