“Hi ,is been lovely to have the caravan for 3 nights to spend some quality time with my family including 2 dogs was the perfect place to perfect caravan we have everything we need starting with living room some cd's with movies and then the rooms was lovely to rest in them ,the kichen was perfect with all you need ,so yeah Jill was also in contact with us in case we need something.”

“We loved this caravan , it is set in an ideal location, quiet but close enough to all the amenities & entertainment on offer .”

It was very clean , comfortable & homely with everything possible for a perfect holiday, we honestly wanted for nothing, I think a great deal of thought has gone into supplying everything necessary a family would need & then some !!! On the warm evenings it was lovely to sit on the veranda ( which our dog absolutely loved) & just spend our time together as a family . Thankyou Jill for keeping us updated from booking & then to messaging when we arrived home , we would absolutely make no hesitation in returning again . Kind regards, Barbara & family

“We had a fantastic stay in this lovely caravan.”

It was spotless and in a great location. A lovely and spacious living area and the comfiest beds we’ve had in a caravan! We have had many caravan holidays over the years and this has been our favourite so far. This site itself is in a great location, a nice short walk to the beach and close to Scarborough and Filey. The caravan is in a nice quiet part of the site too. Great, friendly communication from the caravan owner. 10/10! We can’t wait to return.

“Took our grandchildren on their first caravan holiday and we'll what can I say.”

This caravan was absolutely beautiful. Made our Holiday. Jill the owner had thought of everything for us. As the children were age 1 , 3 and 5 we had a highchair, bed guard, films for them to watch on a night. It was like home from home. Jill keeps you updated on check in and check out times. Any questions she is more than happy to help. If we book again for Cayton Bay I will deffo be booking this caravan. Thank you Jill for everything we had a fantastic time Amanda and Barrie Slater

“We stayed there early in the year we liked it so much we are going back in July for a week.”

The caravan was clean and in a good position near to the reception and 5 minutes from the entertainment complex .There is a pub just across the road that does food and entertainment dog friendly. The lady who owns the caravan was very helpful,easy to contact if needed. EXCELLENT QUALITY.

“Wonderful first holiday experience staying in a caravan.”

It was my birthday that week and so great to get away after lockdown. We had a great time, caravan was absolutely spotless and was like a real home away from home. Very kind gesture from the owner Jill, leaving a little welcome pack of teas/coffee/biscuits and also a pack of 4 cupcakes as she knew it was my birthday! Constant contact with jill, we went feeling very relaxed and secure in our booking. We are very much looking forward to our autumn break!

“This is a beautiful caravan in a perfect location.”

The caravan is beautifully furnished with all soft furnishings matching which is a nice touch. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need for your stay. Some nice little touches like coffee, tea and milk sachets and dad's, books and games. We had a lovely stay and one of the nicest caravans we have stayed in. In a perfect clean and friendly caravan park with lots of things to do for children and adults alike. The bay near by is idyllic and the caravan site is in a perfect spot to explore this beautiful part of Yorkshire with Scarborough a few miles a way and easy access to Robin hoods Bay, whitby, Filey etc. Would really recommend a stay in this caravan and can't wait to go back this year already booked

The property

Our lovely family caravan is well looked after and provides a spacious, comfy and cosy base for your holiday, it is located in Rowan, a quiet cul de sac but only minutes from the entertainment complex. It has its own private parking space and a patio area. Bus stop is just outside the entrance so whether you choose to explore the local towns and villages or long walks along the beaches or countryside it couldn’t be easier. There are 2 bedrooms, a twin, a king with an en suite toilet and double pullout bed in the lounge.

The kitchen is fully equipped with full size fridge freezer, microwave and nespresso pixi coffee machine, we also provide cleaning products and complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits. Wifi is free, and there is selection of books, games & dvds for rainy days! Beds are freshly prepared on arrival, we also provide bath mats, tea towel, toilet roll and kitchen roll.

You will need to bring your own towels. Up to 2 small dogs are welcome if well behaved, please bring your own throws/blankets to protect furniture and dogs are strictly not allowed in the bedrooms; if dog hair is found in the bedrooms the security bond will not be refunded.

We really want you to have a fab time at our home from home.
