“Had the most amazing stay at Dot and Pete's caravan.”

The home was so well equipped, clean and cosy. Dot and Pete were the perfect couple to deal with during the booking process being so efficient, informative and even welcomed us in person when we arrived. The site was the best we have ever stayed at with a variety of activities for our younger children who loved the nightly entertainment. Location was ideal with easy access to the local beach as well as Scarborough and surrounding areas. Can't recommend this holiday home enough and can't wait to return. Thank you Dot and Pete.

The position of the caravan is far enough from the entertainment area to be quiet but not too far to walk to. Dot and Pete are a lovely couple We’ll be back !

Had a brilliant week in this caravan was lovely just to be able to relax and with our 2 daughters been allowed to go out on there own was just what we needed it is in a quite part of the park which was a bonus and very little noise and only 5 minutes from the club house and park thanks dot and pete will defo return

“We decided to take a break away in Scarborough to relax and spend some time together.”

Boy did we relax! From booking the caravan to arriving Dot and Pete were very helpful indeed. The caravan has got to be the nicest caravan that we have ever stayed in. It was like home from home. The caravan is situated in a quieter area of the camp. This really suited us. My daughter and her friend could go off on their own without worry. The camp is a drive away from Scarborough, Filey, Bridlington and Whitby. Cayton bay beach is 5 minutes away, we spent a lovely afternoon there. The weather was amazing, we enjoyed total relaxation from beginning to end. I would like to say a big thank you to Dot and Pete. We had a fantastic break. Sorry we did not meet you, maybe we will meet again next year sometime. Highly recommended, will be visiting very soon xxxxxx

“This was our first visit to Scarborough and have to say it won't be our last.”

To make the holiday even more enjoyable was the caravan that we stayed in. It was like a home from home. Pete and dot met us when we arrived there and showed us round to make sure we could use everything and then met us when we left. The caravan is anything but basic it has everything you can think of and there is no need to take anything other than your towels. It is situated in a nice quiet area of the site and only a couple minuted walk away from the entertainment centre and shop. We would certainly stay here again. Thank you Pete and dot for letting us use your van and will definitely contact you when we decide to return.

“Returned for another weeks stay as we loved the caravan so much last year.”

Caravan is lovely very homely and clean. Pete and Dot are lovely very easy to book through them, they meet you there hand the keys over and let you get on with it. Caravan is in a great location lovely outdoor seating to the front and side and gets the sun at all times of the day. Its about a 6 minute walk to the main complex and its in a nice quiet area we never heard any noise at night time. Would definitely recommend this caravan we hope to return next year. One last point to mention the double bed in the main bedroom is so comfy much better than a normal caravan bed!! Thank you Pete and Dot for a great holiday!!

Lovely outdoor seating areas and gets the sun all day. In a lovely quiet position also and not too far from the main complex. The caravan was very well equipped. Pete and Dot were lovely and very helpful nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely return and would highly recommend this caravan.

“A very warm welcome from Dot and Pete, they showed us round the caravan and made sure we knew where everything was and how it worked.”

My favourite thing was the verandah, with rattan furniture on the side and loungers on the front, large French windows to the front. A quiet part of the park but only a about 7 minute or so walk to the entertainment area and shop. We didn't use the club so cannot comment on that. This lovely caravan is situated only a few minutes walk from the shop bar and entertainment centre This van is classified as Platinum by Park Resorts. The double bedroom has its own en suite, 32" flat screen TV double bed with 2 wardrobes and draws. The second bed room has 2 singles or can be pushed together to make a double Both bedrooms and bathroom can be shut off from the kitchen and living room. The fully fitted kitchen has a large cooker m/wave and fridge freezer. This leads to the open plan lounge c/w 43inch flat screen Smart TV and double doors out to the veranda. As the van has full central heating and double glazing you are always comfortable. The local pub is opposite the site if you dont want to use the site bars There is free WiFi available in the van.
