“My husband and myself stayed in this caravan with our son, partner and 6 year old daughter.”

First impressions of the caravan were that it was very clean and well equipped but very compact. There was no space in the kitchen cupboards to put our groceries in and very little in the bedrooms, we kept a lot of our clothes in our suitcases which we could store under the beds. Think the caravan would be more suited to a couple with 2 young children. We love Cayton Bay holiday park and have been coming for many years now. This is the first time we have used the entertainment facilities and ...

Think the caravan would be more suited to a couple with 2 young children. We love Cayton Bay holiday park and have been coming for many years now. This is the first time we have used the entertainment facilities and found it really expensive, we’ve previously only used the Tow Bar across the road.

“Caravan was excellent, spotlessly clean, perfect location with own parking at side of van.”

Hamper on arrival lovely. Also in nice quiet area. Have to be honest, double bedroom very tight with space, managed ok, but something to be aware of. Accommodation overall highly recommended. The camp site itself, if you have kids, take a lot of money ????. Bar restaurant, £6.50 for a pint of Madri. £23.00 for 3 pints of lager and a J20. We had sandwiches one lunch time , expensive, but very nice. Evening meal we had once, main meal for adults, good choice, £15.00 for curry, £16.99 for half chicken and chips. Again, very nice, service was good also. Used the bar over the road from campsite once, not overly impressed. Nice beach over road from campsite, steep incline to get to it, but well worth the effort. To sum up, great accommodation, site clean and well maintained, expensive if you have kids.

Our two grandsons loved it (5 and 9). We had everything we needed. The host was really helpful and caravans4you was easy to use. The caravan is in a lovely quiet area. We were asleep for nine o’clock and not disturbed at all.

“We had the most fantastic holiday here.”

The caravan is very new, clean and overall one of the nicest caravans we’ve stayed in. The location on the site is great too with a little grassy area behind for the kids to play. The owner is great at communication and providing details along with a lovely little welcome hamper. Cayton bay is very well situated for exploring the area and we had an amazing holiday staying here.

Booking was easy, Phil a pleasure to deal with and on arrival everything was spotless with a thoughtful welcome pack left for us. This is a brand new caravan that is fully equipped with quality furnishings and comfy beds. The outdoor decking and seating are great for the nice evenings or breakfast (and the free WiFi signal is really strong here!) Location on the park is great with an open field at the back of the van for kids to play on and just far enough away from the entertainment complex to mean it's quiet at night. The site itself is fantastic with loads to do and easy to get to all the resorts including Filey, Bridlington and of course, Scarborough. Highly recommend this caravan for anyone looking to stay at Cayton Bay.

Van is a lovely and clean brand new van with a great seating area for when the weather is right. Situated down the bottom of the park site so it's quieter as you're away from the hustle and bustle of the show bar area. Will definitely be visiting again

We received a friendly acknowledgement from the owner after the booking was made and very helpful information the week before our stay. Well equipped modern caravan. There was a lovely welcome hamper as promised by the owner for our arrival. The site at Cayton Bay had some great facilities including outdoor play area, high ropes, crazy golf, swimming pool, pedal go-kart hire, on-site grocery shop, bar with restaurant, all of which we made use of, plus more facilities. We all enjoyed our stay. Thank you :-)

The property

The Cayton bay site is a family friendly camp site with s lot of activities for everybody.

Fun for all ages. The entertainment passes can be obtained at the main reception to access all the parks facilities which includes the evening entertainment show bar, amusement arcade with a vr section the boat house restaurant, indoor soft play area, the outdoor assault course, crazy golf and the indoor pool. There is a local pub across the road from the camp entrance called The Tow bar which caters with a fine menu of food and beverages it also has a large beer garden.

The camp is also only a ten minute walk from the local beach. The bus stops are also outside the main entrance where you can access the services to Scarborough, Filey and Bridlington.

There is an onsite laundrette and a shop..
