The property

Thank you for considering our holiday home It is 3 bedroomed sleeps 6 with family shower bathroom plus a separate 2nd toilet There is a spacious living area with plenty of seating and cosy fireplace The kitchen is fully equipped and we provide tea/coffee/sugar plus cleaning products Beds are made fresh for your arrival, we also include tea towel, bath mats you just need to bring your own towels £50 deposit secures the booking and the balance is due 6 weeks before arrival we also take a £100 security bond which is refunded with in 48hrs after satisfactory cleaning inspection We allow 2 small or 1 large dog and request that you bring your own blankets to protect the furniture We understand accidents can happen and would appreciate if you could inform us of any breakages etc so that’s can be rectified before the next guests arrival There are parking spaces close by as can be seen on photos and we provide books and games and free WiFi for those rainy days
