“The caravan was very nice.”

It wasn't as clean as I would have liked and the beds hadn't been made up. Pigeons had been making a mess on the decking, the decking itself and furniture was good. The caravan was in a good location and in very good sound order. It was quite expensive, as park passes are extra.

The property

Our spacious ABI Blenheim caravan is a perfect holiday home.

Its ideally located at Flamingo Land on Willow Grove and overlooks the small play area. Sleeps 6 or 7 if one is aged 2 or under. The van has 3 bedrooms (one double with en-suite and two twins) plus a double bed that pulls out in the lounge. Fully equipped throughout with full central heating. The lounge has ample seating for the whole family, an electric fan heater for cooler evenings, large tv with Freeview. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a full size fridge freezer, a full size gas oven and hob, a microwave, toaster, kettle, slow cooker, crockery, cookware, cutlery and a vacuum cleaner. All 3 bedrooms come with adequate storage and comfortable beds.

All bedding is supplied (except for the pull out bed).

(If you think need a waterproof sheet we ask that you provide your own). The spacious bathroom has a walk in shower, basin and toilet.

(There is a separate toilet in the en-suite to double bedroom). For your safety a fire blanket, fire extinguisher, carbon monoxide detector and smoke alarm are all fitted and electrical appliances are all fully PAT tested. Gas and Electricity are both included in the price. You will need to provide your own towels, tea towels, dishcloths etc. This is a no smoking caravan and strictly no pets. PASSES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN PRICE. You are not allowed to use the vans electricity supply to charge your vehicle, If you are seen to do this you will be evicted from the site immediately.

Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £100.

MALTON

York 18 miles; Scarborough 24 miles.

The market town of Malton has been the historic centre of Ryedale since Roman times, and has many interesting buildings including the old Corn Exchange and Assembly Rooms. A weekly general market is still held in the town, as well as livestock and farmers’ markets. The Yorkshire Moors are to the north, and the Yorkshire Wolds are to the south, making it excellent countryside for walkers and cyclists. The impressive coastline is just 24 miles away, whilst the historic city of York is an 18 mile journey. A perfect base for touring the attractions of North Yorkshire.
