This caravan is situated on the new peaceful Maple Grove site and is suitable for both able bodied and wheelchair users.We are close to the swimming and leisure complex and just a 10/15 min walk to the reception area, shop and main theme park.
There is also a free shuttle bus that circulates frequently.
We also have standard caravans close by- An access ramp allows easy and safe access into a safe and unobstructed space which allows freedom of movement and maximum comfort.
Doors and aisles have been widened to allow wheelchairs to pass with ease.
The master bedroom has a super king size bed.The second bedroom has 2 x single beds.
There is also a pull out double sofa bed.
Duvets and pillows are supplied.
The spacious open plan living room comprises of 1 x three seater and 1 x two seater sofas, movable dining furniture, glow effect electric fire, flat screen TV, DVD, CD player.
The fully fitted kitchen comprises of a full-size gas oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, toaster, electric kettle, cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.
A fire extinguisher, fire blanket, first aid kit, carbon monoxide detector and smoke alarm are provided for your safety.
The bathroom is a roll in wet room complete with shower, fold away shower seat, grab rails, wash hand basin, toilet with optional raised toilet seat.
Outside is a veranda complete with patio set and mood lighting.
Security lighting is activated when approaching the door.
There is parking on hard standing to the right of the caravan.
As the caravan is situated on a corner plot is has the benefit of extra space surrounding it.
There is also a free shuttle bus that circulates frequently.

Deposit required is £100 to hold the booking (none refundable if cancelled) - We also require £100 bond this will be returned to you as long as the caravan is left clean & tidy with no breakages.
The balance to be paid at any time up until 6 weeks before arrival.
(if you prefer to spread the cost you can pay in smaller amounts at any time).
Please note: Passes need to be purchased on your arrival at Flamingo land office and the price depends on the amount of guests staying in the caravan.
Children under 3 are free.
These will last for the duration of your stay and give you access to the theme park, zoo, swimming complex all bars and evening entertainment.
(there is also a golf course and fishing lake but there is a small charge for these)
Flamingo land is family orientated and will only allow lets to families of up to 6 persons, or 7 as long as the child is under 2 years old.
They will not allow single sex or youth groups lets or couples under 25.
One family only with no more than 4 adults in each caravan allowed.
Strictly no smoking or pets allowed in our caravans please.
