This holiday home is sited on the tranquil Woodlands site close to the swimming and leisure complex and just a short 10min walk to the reception area, shop and main theme park.
There is also a free shuttle bus that circulates frequently.

The spacious open plan living room provides plenty of room for all the family to relax together.
Fully central heated with a gas fire in the lounge for extra warmth if needed.
The fully fitted kitchen comprises of a full-size gas oven and hob, full size fridge/freezer, microwave oven, toaster, electric kettle, cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.
There is one shower and two toilets.A fire extinguisher, fire blanket, first aid kit, carbon monoxide detector and smoke alarm are provided for your safety.
Outside is a decking area where you can relax and soak up the sun.
Security lighting is activated when approaching the door and gas and electricity are included in the price.
Bedding supplied but you need to bring your own towels and tea towels.
There is parking on hard standing to the right of the caravan.
As the caravan is situated on a corner plot is has the benefit of extra space surrounding it.
Deposit required is £100 to hold the booking (none refundable if cancelled) - We also require £100 bond this will be returned to you as long as the caravan is left clean & tidy with no breakages.
The balance can be paid at any time up until 6 weeks before arrival.
(if you prefer to spread the cost you can pay in smaller amounts at any time).
Please note: Passes need to be purchased on your arrival at Flamingo land office and the price depends on the amount of guests staying in the caravan.
Children under 3 are free.
These will last for the duration of your stay and give you access to the theme park, zoo, swimming complex all bars and evening entertainment.
Flamingoland is family orientated and will only allow lets to families of up to 6 persons, or 7 as long as the child is under 2 years old.
They will not allow single sex or youth groups lets or couples under 25.
One family only with no more than 4 adults in each caravan allowed.
Strictly no smoking or pets allowed in our caravans please.
