    “What a lovely clean modern caravan, nicely located next to facilities overlooking kids park.”

    Communications with Matt was east he met us at the caravan as he was there cleaning ready for us, once he was finished he came looking for us to tell us it was ready for us to use, oi would definitely use again.

The property

This pet friendly holiday let allows for sleeping up to six plus up to 2 medium sized dogs.

With a modern and spacious layout it has a variety of facilities for you to stay in comfort such as comfortable seating and dining spaces, three separate bedrooms (one double and two twin single rooms) and open decked area.

No smoking is permitted inside or outside the caravan.

Water, gas and electricity are included in the price.

We provide all duvets, pillows and bed linen.

Beds are made up for your arrival so all you need to bring are your towels. Booking Process - Once your booking has been agreed, a form will be sent electronically to you to capture the essential information.

We then require a non-refundable £50 booking fee which secures the date and will be deducted from the overall holiday cost.

A damages bond of £75 is due along with the remaining balance six weeks before the start of your holiday.

The breakages/damage deposit will be returned in full within 7 days of departure if no loss, accidents or damage has occurred during your stay. We are incredibly proud of our holiday home and look forward to welcoming you to share it with us.

As such we ask that all guests please look after it for us and have a great holiday! The site at Reighton Sands boasts a variety of coastal holiday features on site or nearby including: •Direct access to beach with transport during certain times of the day/year •Scenic cliff top walks, wooded nature reserve and golf course •Amusement arcade, pub and Fish & Chip Takeaway •Convenience Store If entertainment passes are purchased: •Showbar with nightly entertainment •Swimming pool including outside pool and lazy river (certain times of year/weather for outside pool and lazy river) •Children’s activities

Scarborough 7.7 miles; Bridlington 10.5 miles.

Set in the magnificent Filey Bay, Filey is a traditional English seaside resort with a friendly atmosphere, offering a restful holiday, making it an ideal place to stay for walkers and wildlife watchers at any time of the year. Filey Brigg is a low headland that protects Filey Bay and provides good bird watching and seawatching opportunities all year round. The 400 ft high Bempton Cliffs (RSPB Reserve) to the south of Filey Bay are home to over 250,000 seabirds in the summer. The town itself seems almost caught in a time warp, retaining much of its character with individual shops, narrow paths and ginnels and there is a slipway where local fishermen keep their boats, plus delightful beach chalets that can be hired through the summer months. The bay is edged with two promenades and there are various gardens, where brass bands play on a Sunday afternoon. This small town is family orientated and there are loads of family activities such as Alpamare UK waterpark, Filey Bird Garden and Animal Park and the Filey Dams Nature Reserve, a wetland reserve where all kinds of common and rare birdlife can be seen. A short drive brings you to the busier town of Scarborough where you will find great beaches, a castle, the Rotunda Museum and the acclaimed Sea Life Centre. Other towns worth visiting close to Filey include Bridlington, Whitby, Hornsea and Saltburn, which all demonstrate the vibrancy of this picturesque North Yorkshire region.
