“Lovely caravan nice and clean in quiet area just minutes walk from the park which was ideal.”

We enjoyed the use of the outside furniture on the decking at the caravan which gets the sun for the most part of the day. The caravan has everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

“Our 2nd stay here.”

So close to the main complex yet no noise at night time! The decking was a lovely addition and we spent a lot of time there in the sun! This time we came with my mum and dad. Plenty room for the 7 of us although some bed hopping in the night due to their snoring ????. Visit from a hare every morning to the grassy area which the kids loved. Also very handy having the overflow car park next to us as my sister and her family could drive down from the golf retreat and join us for lunch. The caravan smells brilliant (something you don’t often get in a dog friendly) there were no dog hairs lying around either. Tv has Netflix ect but we never used it due to the lovely weather. Also having an air fryer. If we had stayed a few more days we would definitely have used it. Looking forward to our next stay in this van!

Looks Fabulous can tell owner takes pride in the caravan.Nice bit of decking/seating great bonus absolute sun trap when sun is out and so close to the complex which was perfect with my bad hip! Would definitely recommend already looking for the summer holidays for grandkids ????

“We just stayed at this beautiful caravan 17th-21st March what can I say looks lovly on outside with big decking and even better inside smelt the cleaness as soon as we opened the door, very modern nicest caravan we have stayed in had everything we need and more and on the doorstep of the complex we couldn't ask for anything more way above expectations.”

“We stayed here 23rd-27th September and wow best caravan we stayed in never stayed in a caravan as clean as this one kitchen has everything you will need and also right next to the complex but yet no noise so you can relax when in the caravan, kids loved the Netflix and range of dvds will definitely be staying again.”

“First time booking with P&J Caravan Hire and the best service from the owners, They are very quick to respond and helpful with any questions you may have and best part not over expensive either.”

As far as the caravan WOW its 2 mins away from the main complex but still quite, then from the second you open the door you can smell how clean it is and absolutely immaculate. Has everything you need for a treat away from home fully equipped kitchen and a huge tv in lounge and kids loved the fast unlimited WiFi. Will definitely be booking again very soon.

it was the cleanest caravan we have stayed in. The wifi was super fast and never buffed once. Having the big tv was brilliant for watching a movie and the tv in the bed room was good to chill in some peace and quiet. The caravan had everything you need. Good location next to the complex.

“Myself, 2 children aged 11 and 14 and our small dog loves this caravan.”

Was in a perfect location being a 2 minute walk from all amenities. Lots of storage and the small add ons were thoughtful. Bowls for the dog, dishwashing supplies and tea and coffee were welcome. The caravan smelt lovely with the air fresheners on. Had a brilliant time and will definitely use again.

“Just back from a wonderful 4 nights at this beautiful caravan.”

I am not one for leaving reviews, however, this one was a no brainer and a real must. As soon as we opened the caravan door and stepped in, the smell of cleanliness hit us, the caravan was spotless. There was everything you could possibly need provided by the owners, they did not spare on anything. The huge TV with Netflix and Prime (also in the bedroom) and a variety of DVD's, provided good viewing "especially during the football season too" ???? The bed was super comfy and once again, spotless. Also made a difference to have the bedding supplied. The caravan location was ideal being a short walk to the park facilities but still far enough away to get a bit of peace and quiet. We have absolutely no negatives to report about this caravan/holiday through P&J Caravan Hire. From start to finish, 1st class. Thank you so much. Samantha & Bryan

“Amazing caravan spotless clean smelt amazing and fresh nice and warm everything you need is there.”

Only a few wee things it could do with a long mirror for the vain people lol and curtains in bedroom as it was bright light even with blinds closed other than that I highly recommend anyone booking this caravan and the owner was amazing very friendly and quick at responding to any questions. If you need WiFi also best to bring own as we did as mobile phone signal for 02 was not good. The shower was amazing hot and powerful also.

“Stayed here for Easter weekend from very first opening the door you could smell how lovely the place was walked in and wow place was spotless, beds made up for arrival and kitchen had everything we needed you can tell alot of time and effort goes into maintaining this caravan havn't stayed in a nicer one to date, owners were very helpful when we needed info on passes and activities.”

The kids loved every minute of it especially the Easter eggs that were left for them, caravan was so close to the main complex not even a couple minute walk away which was handy yet it was so quite at the same time which was great definitely be returning again we are already looking at other dates for later in the year. Thanks P&J Caravan Hire for a amazing time.

It so close to the complex which was a bonus with have two little children under 2 with us. The owners were absolutely fantastic with getting everything sorted and us booked in nothing at all was a problem for them. Im already looking for dates to re book can't wait to come back... “Just back from 3 day break with grandchildren.”

Owner was lovely , Helped with my booking and very patient as I’m not good with on line bookings. Anytime I needed to ask him a question he got back to me straight away. Caravan was soo near all main attractions, shops etc which helped as I can’t walk very far yet it was so quiet and peaceful Caravan was absolutely spotless with large tv in lounge and one in main bedroom , dvd player and movie discs to enjoy at any age young or old . Bedding so fresh and clean . Beds very . Nice touch having tea,coffe,sugar in containers as you get there to enjoy while planning your stay everything you would need was there . Kids had a ball , everyone was very kind and helpful. I’m looking forward to going back. Thank you for making my stay extremely enjoyable.

“Thankyou so much for letting us use your fabulous caravan.”

It was wonderfully clean and well presented and had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. As a family we have stayed in many static caravans over the years and this was certainly one of the best….even the beds were comfortable and that’s a real rarity.! Often caravans can have dated kitchen utensils and crockery however the oven, pots, pans, glasses and crockery were all modern and clean. The huge TV was fabulous too, particularly as the weather wasn’t so fabulous! ???? The caravan is brilliantly situated for easy access to the facilities without being too close so you are not disturbed by any noise. The site itself had loads to do, just the weather that let us down unfortunately ???? but the children and dog didn’t seem to mind! Thank you again - it was an absolute bargain compared to many on this site, so clean and tidy and comfortable - we would love to return soon ????

I can't thank them enough was short notice so I had to contact them and payment was as simple as a quick bank transer and my security bond was transfered back the next morning so quick amd simple. The caravan was in a great location. Only a 2 min walk from the main entertainment and shops etc. The caravan was absolutely spotless and smelled so fresh and clean. we were also allowed to take our well trained dog and it was just brilliant we are home not even 1 hour and I'm looking at dates for next year. Can't thank them enough for letting their caravan to us. 5* xx

!! And the price!! Best I’ve seen .Went with my 3 young children and dog and had a great time.Complex is right on the door step which makes it easy for worn out little ones after full days in the amusements ect.Caravan is so nice inside and not one spec of dirt.wish I had of booked for longer definitely getting my booking in for next year

Caravan was spotless and well equipped lovely and cosy especially at night and tv in bedroom was a lovely extra (Nothing worse than having nothing to watch in bed at night) and the sweets for kids were a kind gesture. 5* from us and we definitely will be back thanks again.

The property

3 bedroom 8 Berth caravan for hire at Haggerston Castle On west lawn only 2-minute walk to main complex and shop.

Our caravan is fully double-glazed with central heating and features 3 bedrooms 1 double with 32?

TV/DVD and 2 twins & a sofa bed.

We also have private WiFi included. All bedding is supplied, towels are not supplied so you will need to bring your own.

we allow well trained dogs only please, In the lounge the is a 50?

smart TV and Blu-Ray player, Dining area as well.

Our kitchen is newly wrapped for 2025 and is fully equipped with a cooker, fridge/mini freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster, air fryer and also all cutlery, plates and glasses etc.

We also now have decking with a gate and seats. There are plenty of activities onsite and also plenty to do if you venture off-site with towns such as Berwick Upon-Tweed, Seahouse (Boatbtrip), Alnwick (Alnwick Castle & Gardens), Holy Island Play passes are not included in this rental but can be purchased online or from reception on arrival, Check in is 2pm on the day of arrival but slight delays can occur occasionally, Check out no later than 10 am on the day of departure. £50 security bond is required which is fully refundable once the caravan has been checked over for damage/loss following your Departure , 7+ nights available.

Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £50.
