“Really enjoyed our stay in Neil and Janice's caravan.”

Clean well presented and everything you could possibly need. Loved the view and relaxing on the decking with a drink and watching the sea. Contact with the owners was very quick and easy a lovely midweek break . I managed to leave some clothes behind which Neil has kindly put in reception for us to collect. Did not use the sites facilities often ate once which was OK and reasonable but drinks very exspensive . We would certainly return

“Yet again another great Holiday in this caravan.”

Would not even consider any other caravan in the Berwick area as this one has everything you possibly need and it is spotless.Also a great decking area. Neil and Janice are excellent to deal with .Nothing is a problem. My granddaughter left a book in the caravan and Neil very kindly returned it. Thank you once again and hopefully can fit in another visit next year.

The caravan is immaculate. It is equipped with everything you could ever need on holiday and more. Definitely a home from home. The view from the veranda is outstanding. It is very close to both the beach and entertainment. Ideal for any family.

Would highly recommend. Caravan is spotless.There is everything you could possibly need and plenty of things to keep the kids occupied if your weather is bad.Any problems you may have are quickly dealt with just by contacting Neil .Over the years I have found him so responsive to any enquiries I have had.Thank you Neil and Janice for once again letting us use your caravan.Hopefully back again next year

“We have just returned from a week spent at Haven Holiday Park in Berwick.”

From the booking right through to check out, we were looked after by Neil. It was so helpful to have Neil answer any concerns or worries I had before we arrived and throughout our stay. We have visited the site for the last four years and the whole family agreed, this is the best caravan we have ever stayed in! The caravan was sanitised before our arrival and we were greeted with a welcome bottle of wine! From the cleanliness, TV’s in each bedroom, a lovely relaxing living space, with a table for eating outdoors as well as indoors, two toilets, numerous home comforts and a fantastic view of the sea on the fabulous sunny balcony - the caravan really was fantastic! Everyone was sad to leave, but we will definitely be back!

“Another fabulous holiday.”

Caravan is beautiful with everything you could possibly need. Lovely decking area that gets the sun a lot of the day. The owners Janice and Neil kept us well informed right up to the point of our holiday as we were on site the first week of opening up after lockdown due to covid-19.Would definitely recommend. Hope to be back again next year if available.

The caravan was superb and very well equipped.The owners Janice and Neil were in constant touch before and during the holiday.Weather was very nice that let us take advantage of the lovely decking area.Hopefully be back next year if available.

Although the weather wasn't the greatest the caravan more than made up for it there appeared to be nothing you couldn't need in it and it was immaculate the owners where helpful and friendly keeping you informed the location and views from the caravan where excellent really enjoyed the whole experience only sorry it has been booked for the dates i had in mind for this year

Great selection of dvds comfy beds which helps in caravans not far from beach and park lovely to sit out on a night with the lights on looks beautiful. We can't wait to get booked up again soon a great big thank you to J & N

“Had a great holiday at Berwick.”

Caravan is lovely and modern. Equipped well. Ideal for families. Just a stone throw away from the beach which the girls loved! On a couple of rainy days we had a large selection of DVDs to choose from. Decking area also great to sit out in the evening with a glass of wine! Definitely recommend. Owners of the caravan are lovely and keep you informed of anything there is to need to know. Will be back next year! Thanks for letting us stay in your caravan.

“This caravan was perfectly located for young kids.”

A stones throw from the beach and a short walk to both town and club (play area and swimming pool were here also). The caravan itself was homely and well equipped for a family. I particularly liked the lovely decked area surrounding the caravan with views looking out to the sea.

“CARAVAN WAS VERY WELCOMING AND LOTS OF SPACE FOR THE KIDS.”

HAD RAIN MOST OF WEEK BUT DIDN'T STOP US GOING OUT, THERE WAS A WIDE SELECT OF DVD'S FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY AND GAMES TO ENJOY ASWELL. BEACH NEAR CARAVAN FOR EVERYONE TO ENJOY AND A PARK FOR KIDS TO ENJOY. THANK UP FOR AN AMAZING 5 DAYS IN YOUR CARAVAN AND WILL BE BOOKING WITH YOU SOON.

The property

A large spacious open planned caravan with central heating and fitted alarm which sleeps 6 (double bedroom with en suite and 2 twin rooms each fitted with a TV and DVD player) the living room also has 50' smart tv dvd player wifi and blue tooth fitted.

EXTRAS INCLUDE coffee maker, pizza stone, air flow cooker, a selection of DVD'S and games for all ages, cleaning materials are supplied a small welcoming pack of tea bags, coffee and milk for your arrival. Bedding will be supplied but if you wish to bring your own please inform us when booking. Full surround decking with lockable child safety gate and with table and 4 chairs, also rattin 2 seater and 2 chairs and table a good suntrap from morning to night beaches and play park less than 5 minute walk from caravan. Passes to camp entertainment are not supplied but can be purchased from reception Caravan is located in a quiet area of the camp and also has a parking bay for 2 cars. Please note arrival time 3pm depart on leaving date 11am Berwick town centre is a short walk from camp.

The pretty village of Baslow lies at the north end of stately Chatsworth House - home to the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire. The village has many unusual and picturesque features including a triple-arched river bridge guarded by a toll house whose doorway is only 3 1/2 feet high! Baslow offers a range of village amenities including shops, pubs and restaurants. Close by is Bakewell, the capital of the Peak District, and home of the famous Bakewell pudding (definitely not tart!), still made locally to an old and secret recipe. Bakewell is at the scenic heart of the Peak District, and with Alton Towers also within easy touring distance, there is plenty for the whole family to enjoy.
