The property

Come and bring your entire family to this fantastic destination with ample space for enjoyment. This 3-bedroom, 8-berth caravan provides an ideal retreat.

Offering 1 double & 2 twin rooms, and a sofa bed in the lounge, it ensures comfortable accommodation.

Equipped with amenities such as a cooker, fridge freezer, and digital TV in the lounge, as well as an en-suite toilet in the master bedroom, it caters to your needs. The space: A 3 bedroom caravan, with 1 double and 2 twin rooms. The double bedroom comes with an ensuite toilet, wardrobe and dressing table. The twin rooms both come with ample storage for clothes and kids toys. The open plan living, dining room and Kitchen are spacious with plenty of seating for all.

A double pull out bed is available for additional guests. Outside there is small decking area and steps down to a 2 car parking space (depending on the size of your car). Guest access Guests have full use of the caravan, and the area outside.

There is also onsite entertainment, shops, restaurants and takeaways as well as a mini mart and laundrette. Other things to note PLAY PASSES The onsite entertainment includes pools, kids clubs, ShowBars etc.

However to access these you will need a Play Pass. We do not include the cost of fun passes in our charges as many guests prefer to use the caravan as a base from which to explore the local area and all it has to offer. If required, the Play Passes can be purchased at Berwick Holiday Park reception or by telephoning the park or via their website by searching for play-pass (details will be provided upon booking).

Berwick-upon-Tweed is a coastal town positioned at the most northerly tip of Northumberland, offering four sandy beaches, riverside walks and abundant cycling trails for visitors to enjoy. Stroll the circular walk atop the town's Elizabethan walls, and capture the spectacular views across the River Tweed estuary and Berwick's three bridges, including the famous Royal Border Bridge. Brush up on your history by visiting the local museums, enjoy sun-filled days at the beach and be inspired by the exhibitions in the town's superb galleries.
