“This is our third year staying in this caravan and we cannot compliment it more.”

Kate and Craig were there on arrival to greet us which was lovely. Everything you need is included the only thing you literally need to buy is food and drink. The caravan is situated in the perfect area with beautiful views and so peaceful and quiet you almost forget that you are in the UK. We were lucky to have the weather on our side and so it was gorgeous sitting out in the patio enjoying the sun and tranquility of it all. We were so relaxed we didn't move far and didn't really want to. This was another surprise holiday for my mam and dad and I knew exactly where I wanted to stay. The caravan itself was clean and tidy and a real home from home I was sad when it was time to leave you are made to feel so welcome and the welcome pack was a lovely touch and very much appreciated Kate and Craig could not do anything more to make you feel so welcome and Kate is always on hand if you have any questions and queries I just wish the holiday hadn't gone so quick and I am looking forward to our next stay here next year.

The owner Kate was a delight, easy to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. The interior was cozy and inviting. The kitchen was fully equipped, making meal preparation a breeze. The bedrooms were snug yet very very comfortable. I appreciated the attention to detail in the home which added a personal touch. Overall, it was a delightful experience, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a homey retreat!

“Well what can I say, this is our second stay in Kate and Craig's caravan and it is the best decision ever.”

Kate goes above and beyond to make sure you have a fabulous stay, the caravan has everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay, the caravan is situated in a lovely quiet area with an amazing view just looking at the view you really feel relaxed. Upon entering you are greeted with a wonderful fresh smell and the caravan is immaculate it's clear to see how hard Kate and Craig work throughout the year to help families make happy memories . The welcome pack is a thoughtful addition and any problems or queries you have Kate is always on hand to answer them. It truly is a home from home and it's a sad day when it is time to leave. Kate is very knowledgeable about the area so if there is somewhere that you would like to visit Kate can often tell you what it's like or where somewhere is. The only downside for us was the weather but to be honest with a caravan as amazing as this to stay in it didn't really make much difference. We came away feeling relaxed and recharged. I cannot wait until the next visit and can only hope Kate and Craig keep this caravan for many more years to come. Thanks again for everything. Love Claire, Margaret and Les xx

We have stayed in Kate and Craig’s van about five times and as yet never been disappointed there is everything you need you don’t want for anything, the weather was not the best this stay but Kate has everything you could need to keep yourself entertained form games to dvd’s and ps3, the van is a real home from home and a credit to Kate and Craig they carnt do enough to make sure you have a brilliant holiday absolute value for money

“Treat my mam and dad to a holiday in Berwick and I went along for the fun!”

! Best decision I have made the caravan was immaculate and Kate went above and beyond with all of the extras added in. The booking system was so easy and Kate was always on hand if you had any questions or queries. We had a lovely welcome upon arrival and Kate showed us how everything worked she even very kindly text me in the evening to check we were satisfied with everything. We had good weather and so it was lovely sitting on the patio and enjoying the peace and quiet whilst really relaxing. We've stayed in other caravans but this has by far been the best one we have been in it's clear to see why it it so popular. The caravan was roomy but cosy at the same time and so welcoming we were even greeted with a welcome pack which was so kind and unexpected. Only downside was the week went too quick we did not want to leave. We will definitely be staying in this caravan again cannot wait for our next visit. A perfect caravan in a perfect location on a beautiful site what more could you ask for? Thank you Kate and Craig for an amazing stay and for everything you did. Looking over the golf course it was so quiet and peaceful.The caravan was so clean and tidy and the owner had everything you could imagine,it definitely was a home from home.When we arrived the owner had left a beautiful present for us it was absolutely gorgeous ,we have been in a lot of caravans but this one is definitely the best one.We would highly recommend this caravan and the owner is absolutely lovely and always there if you need anything,We even booked again for next year,that’s how amazing the holiday was in this caravan. The caravan is tucked away in a lovely & quiet part of the holiday park, overlooking the golf course. It was beautifully presented and so comfortable, great to come back to after a day out exploring the area. It had everything we could want and the wifi especially was much appreciated by the kids! It was great to still find the accommodation immaculate and so well appointed - a real home from home. The caravan is situated in a quiet area of the holiday park with lovely views over the golf course and the sea. The caravan is spotless and has everything you need for a few nights away, it is a real home from home. The Wi-fi was much appreciated by the kids and the little welcome pack was a lovely touch. The veranda is perfect for a morning cuppa or glass of wine on an evening with views of the golf course and the sea. We didn’t use the facilities at Haven much – just the shop and arcade but it is only a 15 minute walk into town and being a short walk away from two amazing beaches is a huge plus. All in all it was a lovely break, and we will definitely book again.

From first contact to conclusion of our booking Kate handled everything in a kind and professional manner. Nothing was too much trouble. On arrival at the caravan we were given a warm welcome by Kate, who guided us through everything to do with the caravan and provided us with very useful information about the caravan site and surrounding area. Kate’s caravan is immaculate and has everything a family would need for a comfortable stay. We especially liked the thoughtful welcome pack that Kate provided, which contained some Easter goodies, much appreciated by the grandsons. During our stay Kate checked in with us via text to see if we were enjoying our stay, which was a thoughtful touch. On conclusion of our stay Kate was extremely quick to refund the good housekeeping deposit. I would have no hesitation in recommending Kate’s caravan to anyone considering a family holiday in Berwick

The caravan was located in a quiet part of the Haven holiday park with wonderful views over the golf course. It is ideally located for an easy walk in to Berwick, either by the road or the coastal path. Kate was extremely helpful and very friendly from start to finish. On arrival we were met by Kate with a beautiful welcome gift. The caravan was immaculately clean, very comfortable and well equipped with everything you could possibly need. There is a lovely patio area with beautiful views of the golf course and in the distance the sea where you can enjoy your morning coffee. The beach and on site facilities are within easy reach and Berwick town centre is a short 20 min walk away. I would definitely recommend Kate's caravan and can't wait to return. “I contacted Kate to book our holiday at Berwick in her caravan after having three trips abroad cancelled.”

Kate made the whole process so simple and she is very professional from booking right through to meeting you on arrival. The caravan is immaculate, comfortable and very well equipped, don't worry if you have forgot anything because Kate will have it in the caravan. We arrived and their was even a welcome gift from Kate, a really nice touch. The site is well managed , and the grounds are well maintained. All staff we found to be very friendly and happy to help out. The facilities onsite are excellent. Our weather was also great which was another bonus. The only negative comment which has nothing to do with Kate or this booking was that we found a lot of people of all ages not complying with guidance notices to wear a face covering , this was very noticeable within the arcade area. My wife and I hope to be able to rebook with Kate for next year 2021. I would totally recommend Kate's caravan , we had a fantastic, relaxing change of scenery that was much needed in these difficult times. Thanks Kate best wishes from Stuart & Sandra Currie.

Right from the initial enquiry, Kate was extremely helpful and friendly and it was great to receive her warm welcome on our arrival, with the lovely added touch of welcome hamper of treats. The caravan was immaculately clean, homely with modern decor and well equiped with everything you could need. The beds were comfortable, excellent shower and on the mornings we needed it, the heating warmed up the caravan quickly. The location on the park is perfect with access to the coastal path and a short walk down to the beach. It is in a quiet part of the park and the views are perfect. We would definitely recommend booking Kate's caravan, it's the nicest we have stayed in and will definitely stay again!.

Once we had booked with Kate the customer service we received was great, Kate was really helpful and very informative. As soon as we arrived we were pleased to see plenty of space outside the caravan, a lovely patio area and pleasant views across the golf course. The caravan was immaculate on our arrival with a lovely gift for both the adults and children. We had food delivered to the caravan which helped due to the Covid 19 restrictions. The caravan had everything we needed as well as antibac and other cleaning products to enable us to maintain the cleanliness. The views from the caravan are lovely and just a short walk to the secluded beach which we enjoyed most evenings after a day out to various local places. Weather has mostly been kind to us but even on the rainy days it’s been possible to go out and find things to do. A massive thank you to Kate for making our holiday so wonderful. All the facilities in the caravan are very good quality and the heating is excellent, only needs to be on a short while to warm up (if needed), the shower is also very powerful. The caravan was extremely clean and by far the best caravan my family and I have stayed in, we would all recommend it. The owner of the caravan was very polite, welcoming and helpful and the welcome pack she left for us was very unexpected and a lovely surprise for us all, with something for everyone to enjoy. The caravan is situated in a great location on the site and only a short walk into town.

The property

Our beautiful Swift Bordeaux Exclusive caravan has gas central heating throughout and is equipped with all your holidays needs and is situated on Berwick Holiday Caravan Park. The caravan has three bedrooms with the master bedroom having its own en suite bathroom and dressing table with hair dryer and seating area.

All bedrooms have a TV with DVD . Plenty of storage throughout the van. The livingroom is an open plan living and dinning area with gas fire and free standing four and two seater suite with table and chairs seating up to six people.

It has double patio doors that open up onto the decking which has seating and a table to enjoy your coffee in the morning looking out onto the 3rd hole of the Magdalene golf course and side sea views. Our caravan has two toilets and a power shower in the main family bathroom. The kitchen area has a gas cooker with a kettle, toaster, larder fridge/freezer, microwave, iron/ironing board all cooking utensils, dish towels,. Duvets and pillows are included and bed linen can be provided at no extra cost if required.

All that i ask is that you strip the beds on day of departure and put them in the bag provided please. It has its own tarred private parking for 2 cars. Local Attractions: Magdalene 18 Hole Golf Course, Berwick Bowling Club, Night Clubs, Pubs and Restaurants.

Train Station that is a short walk to the caravan.

The pretty village of Baslow lies at the north end of stately Chatsworth House - home to the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire. The village has many unusual and picturesque features including a triple-arched river bridge guarded by a toll house whose doorway is only 3 1/2 feet high! Baslow offers a range of village amenities including shops, pubs and restaurants. Close by is Bakewell, the capital of the Peak District, and home of the famous Bakewell pudding (definitely not tart!), still made locally to an old and secret recipe. Bakewell is at the scenic heart of the Peak District, and with Alton Towers also within easy touring distance, there is plenty for the whole family to enjoy.
