Just came back from 3 night stay and omg caravan is amazing it’s a must book perfect pitch on site on beach front having cuppa on balcony in the morning will be a miss stayed with my 4 children and was perfect size very very clean and everything u needed there will Defos be back :)

“Lovely caravan.”

Very well furnished and spotlessly clean. Great views from the lounge, decking and dinner table. Views change with the tide. You have to take your own towels, cleaning stuff, loo roll etc and that’s fine.

Sat every morning with a cup of to before the family got up. The caravan was clean and tidy had a very issues but Sean got them sorted straight away. My granddaughters and son sat on the balcony, every morning eating they breakfast.

The view from the balcony is beautiful. We had a problem with the fridge at the start of our holiday, Sean sorted everything and we had a brand new fridge freezer installed within 2 hrs. I would 100% return to this caravan.

“This is a lovely caravan and exactly as described in the listing.”

It is very well equipped, the wifi is very strong, beds are comfy and the shower was great - perfect after a day on the beach! The location on the site is a very quiet one with a lovely view over the sea. The facilities on site are very handy and it is a short walk into Berwick too. Communication and support from the owner was faultless, we would not hesitate to return. Highly recommended. Thank you Sean and family, we had a great time.

Absolutely stunning views seen from the lounge through the huge double doors. Fishermans Beach tides were a joy to watch even if you dont want to venture down the steps which we did & it was fabulous. The Haven site is wonderfully managed & very secure. Faultless. Thankyou Sean

The place was spotless everything including pots and pans and cutlery were immaculate. Stunning views of the cliffs and sea. Perfect spot to watch the waves. “This caravan is in a great location views are beautiful the caravan its self was lovely comfy beds full size fridge freezer.”

Not much information giving by the owner and i did feel like when i was asking questions i was putting the owner out. We paid for passes cost over £100 and could only actually book onto the swimming once in the week. There is an outside pool that you don't need to book or need passes for which i wish id new about before buying the passes. Obviously it was a very busy time for the site just the lack of info from the owner and the site was a bit off putting but never spoilt the week. Also one little bug bare not one toilet roll was left in the caravan lol first time I've ever stayed in a caravan and they haven't at least left one toilet roll lol

“Spectacular views!”

Everything fresh & spacious in the living area and main bedroom, throughly recommend. Parking is the allocated bays nearby, restricted access to the caravan if looking to drop off. Other than confirmation of booking there was no communication so I was a little concerned, after seeking reassurance from the Sean a few weeks later he was fantastic so dont let that put you off, the caravan is worth it!

“Lovely caravan in a perfect location overlooking the sea.”

Fabulous decking area at the front. Well equipped and clean. Only negatives were: the allocated parking space was not directly adjacent to the caravan, the DVD player was missing and the shower dripped constantly. Would definitely book again,

Disappointed that Haven were only allowing caravan owners and not hirers to book pool swim and think that they could of made more effort to arrange some kids entertainment rather than than just opening the amusement arcade.

Had a lovely time couldn't fault it the caravan was lovely and cosy everything you needed a nice private section with a few other caravans around had its own private garden at the side just a 2 minute walk to the complex a bit noisy in the morning when the delivers came but carnt be helped didnt spoil our holiday I would definitely recommend Sean caravan to my friends we will definitely be going back

“Sean's caravan is immaculate and very modern.”

It has everything you need. It is situated in a small gated area with 10 private caravans and directly behind reception and entertainment buildings. It is very private with its own little tree lined garden. Deliveries in the mornings are pretty noisy however it did not disturb us at all. We would highly recommend hiring this caravan. We will return here.
