You can enter from 2pm on arrival day and depart by 10am on departure day.
We leave a few bits and pieces for to use, tea, coffee, sugar, toilet rolls, cleaning products etc.
Patio doors open up to a veranda area with a bistro set to sit out and enjoy the sunshine
We operate a key safe system and will give you the number on the day of your arrival.
Plastic cups, plates, cutlery for the children to use.
full balance is due 6 weeks prior to your booking date.

There are a few kids/family games in the caravan, colouring in stuff and few jiqsaws to do, we have some bats and balls, some beach toys, skipping ropes etc all will be cleaned with bacterial spray.
For all bookings a security bond of £50.00 will be applicable to the booking, this will refunded once confirmation is received that no damage is present and keys returned, this also secures your date as soon as it’s paid.
Please note passes are not included however these can be purchased from the site, I can forward you the form if required, please note there maybe still some restriction and government guidelines to be followed at the time of your holiday.
