    “Had a fantastic stay.”

Kids loved being so close to the park. Entertainment was good. Very good communication, information and descriptions by owner. My only issue was the kettle was bit of a struggle as wasnt suitable to make baby bottles. Would definitely stay again. Thanks

Thank you for this review. And thank you for booking. Great guests. Highly recommended. Yeah the one cup kettle isn’t ideal for some. We got one at home and changed to it at the caravan as it meant my son could make himself a cuppa without lifting a normal kettle. Only downfall from the one cup kettle is it does 300ml pours and can’t stop it if want less (so have to use a measuring jug which I know isn’t ideal for some ) and if want more got to press it again. (Though it is time saving just for making cuppas ). Ideally one that can adjust water output is on my to do list. Property Owner

The property

Clubhouse and shop opens 24th March until approximately 5th November only.

This booking is for accommodation only.

And non smoking including no vaping.

This is a 2009 caravan model and may show some signs of age but we love this caravan and use it ourselves a lot..

The caravan is as pictured.

I have put new seat covers and added additional foam to the seating area to make it more comfortable.

I even include my own firestick with access to paid services such as Netflix and Disney plus which the caravan park do not do. The kitchen has what is required for your stay.

A 3/4 height fridge freezer (not full normal sized), microwave, toaster, one cup kettle, slow cooker, and air fryer along with a gas oven and grill.

A rechargeable vacuum cleaner is provided too along with a dustpan and brush available to use during your stay, There is no parking at the caravan but is a short walk from the nearby car parking spaces approx 70metres and a big carpark accessed via a footpath and close nearby to the children's play park which can be seen from the front window. Registration is required to use WIFI “Parkdean customer “.

This has zero association to myself and take zero responsibility for the service it provides.

If you have issues with the Parkdean customer WIFI contact reception for support or WiFinity.

Please also understand you are in a metal container and mobile signal as well as WIFI signal can be temperamental especially due to location of the holiday park and number of people on site.

There is 3 oil radiators that are to be used during colder weather conditions and should be set to 1 bar (500w ) if using any other electrical items at the same time as all 3 oil radiators.

We place one oil radiator in the bedrooms at least 30 minutes before bedtime and use the gas fire when required.

During the daytime we place a oil radiator in the hallway on a higher setting and we move one in to the living room when we don’t have the gas fire on.

This makes it a comfy temperature during colder months.

Unfortunately there is no heater in the bathroom so in September/ October to April it can be a little chilly in there during the evening/ early morning.

If I am not there to check you in I can guide you what’s best over the phone.

Also there are two electrical blankets that can be used and can be put on the beds prior to arrival if you wish to have them on, please let me know and will sort it.

Alternatively you can add them yourself later.

There are additional fluffy blankets available too to snuggle into for those cosy evenings.

Should you have any issues upon arrival please inform on the day.

If something suddenly happens during your stay please let me know asap.

The caravan is cleaned by myself during off peak and some school holiday periods and also by an external cleaning company during the peak summer period before each guest arrives.

So there should be zero cleanliness issues.

If there is a cleanliness issue please inform myself at check in time.

Photos are taken after each clean prior to each arrival and after departure where applicable.

Thanks for understanding.

All of our accommodation comes with sheets, pillowcases, pillows, duvets and covers. We ask that you bring your own soap, towels and other kitchen and bathroom necessities such as towels.
