Our immaculately kept, modern holiday home sits in a quiet area within St Andrews Holiday Park at Kinkell Braes.
We are a few minutes walk down to the coastal path which takes you directly to St Andrews East Sands beach.
If you wish to walk further, you'll find yourself in the heart of town with lots of shops, restaurants, bars etc.
We are also a short walk away from the sites clubhouse, swing park and Papa John's takeaway.
The holiday home itself comprises 1 large master king size bedroom with en suite (toilet and shower) and 1 spacious twin bedroom accommodating 2 single beds.
Both bedrooms include mirrored dressing tables, wardrobes for storage and wall mounted smart TVs.
We also have a toilet between both bedrooms with another shower.
Our spacious lounge has a fully equipped kitchen, wall mounted smart TV, electric fire, dining table with 4 chairs and 2 large sofas for you to relax on.
Double glazing and gas central heating keep the van well heated.
Our lounge patio doors open up onto the wrap around decking with comfortable outdoor furniture to sit and enjoy the sun and beautiful sea view.
A professional clean will be carried out before your arrival and fresh bed linen will be provided.
We will provide one bath towel and one hand towel per person but please bring along your own if more are required.
