This 3 bedroom property with partial sea views, is set on the popular St Andrews Holiday Park, which is a short walk into the centre of St Andrews.

This family friendly holiday park has a bar, a restaurant, a children’s play area and regular onsite live entertainment, There is also a pizza takeaway on site which will deliver straight to your door.

The accommodation comprises of one double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms and a pull down double sofa bed in the living area (if required) and sleeps up to 8 guests.

The accommodation has free WIFI and central heating throughout.

There is a full decking area around the home.

The park is situated on the Fife Coastal Path which runs alongside the stunning East Sands.

The coastal path will take you past the local leisure centre with swimming pool, passing the ancient ruins of St Andrews, and into the town itself which has a good variety of shops, coffee houses, restaurants and bars.

There is a bus stop at the entrance to the park with frequent buses into the town centre.

Morrisons, Aldi and M&S are just a five minute drive from the park.

Chatsworth 1 mile; Bakewell 5 miles.

The pretty village of Baslow lies at the north end of stately Chatsworth House - home to the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire. The village has many unusual and picturesque features including a triple-arched river bridge guarded by a toll house whose doorway is only 3 1/2 feet high! Baslow offers a range of village amenities including shops, pubs and restaurants. Close by is Bakewell, the capital of the Peak District, and home of the famous Bakewell pudding (definitely not tart!), still made locally to an old and secret recipe. Bakewell is at the scenic heart of the Peak District, and with Alton Towers also within easy touring distance, there is plenty for the whole family to enjoy.
