“Dawn’s mobile home was first class.”

The location, facing a lovely green area and with a beautiful view, was amazing. The home was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need… and more. We have rented mobile homes before but this was definitely the best. Dawn responded very promptly and communication was extremely straightforward. We had a most enjoyable holiday ,in this comfortable, beautifully presented holiday home and would recommend it highly.

“We’ve just returned from a great weekend at Dawn’s caravan.”

It is by far the best we have stayed in. Everything was first class. Fully equipped, super comfortable, spotless and a superb view. The WiFi signal was excellent and allowed the smart tv to run really well. It was really a home from home. Hopefully we will revisit in the future.

“This caravan is beautifully presented and felt like a real home from home.”

The kitchen is extremely well equipped with large freezer, fridge, air fryer, microwave, oven as well as ample cooking equipment. The lounge area is extremely comfortable and has a superb view across the water and of St Andrews. The beds are very comfortable and an en-suite toilet with the master bedroom was an added bonus. The bathroom is a good size with a large powerful shower. The host was very responsive to any queries we had. The holiday park itself is located up the hill from St Andrews and has a pub onsite that sells reasonably priced food. Overall, I would strongly recommend this accommodation and hope to return one day in the not to distant future.

“My son and I came from the USA for the British Open Dawn was an excellent hostess and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect for our stay.”

Accommodations were very nice with an unbelievable view. We would stay there again if we come back to visit St Andrews

Very well equipped caravan, almost like a home from home =,tvs in bedrooms. Spacious. Nice location on site, just few minutes from site pub/restaurant. Hope to return!

Immaculate, Willerby Winchester 6 Berth Holiday Home at St Andrews Bay Holiday Park, Kinkell Braes, St Andrews.

Situated on a premium pitch boasting stunning views over St Andrews Bay, whether you are sitting on the balcony or within the holiday home itself.

The holiday home is located at the top of the park in a quiet area overlooking a lovely grass area, ideal for children to play on.

The laundrette is directly opposite and the park restaurant / club and playpark are only a few minutes’ walk away. There are two bedrooms, one double room with ensuite WC, one twin, a fold out double bed within the lounge area and a shared WC/Shower room.

The holiday home is well equipped with fridge, freezer, toaster, microwave and a 4 ring gas cooker and oven.

There is full gas central heating throughout the holiday home with radiators in both bedrooms and an electric warm air fire.

I supply all Bed linen, all you need to bring with you is towels.

St Andrews is Scotland's oldest university town and is situated in the north-east corner of the Kingdom of Fife. In this region, the landscape varies from the gentle hills in the rural hinterland to the windswept cliffs, rocky bays and sandy beaches where scenes from the film 'Chariots of Fire' were famously shot. The town is easily explored on foot, as the main streets form the hub of the town and offer an interesting variety of shops and restaurants to suit all tastes. The association of St Andrews with golf dates to the 15th century, with the famous 'Old Course' being constructed in the 16th century, whilst today, St Andrews is the frequent venue of championship events and boasts an additional five alternative public courses in the area as well as the excellent Golf Museum.
