We would be delighted to welcome you to our lovely family-friendly, 3-bedroom caravan in Seton Sands Holliday Village.

About 15 miles along the coast from Edinburgh, our beautifully presented silver grade Atlas Chorus caravan is in the front line facing the sea.

Perfect location for golfers or walkers or families wishing to explore the City.

Enjoy your morning latte or herbal tea on our veranda watching the sunrise.

Caravan The main master ensuite bedroom has a double-size bed and a small walk-in wardrobe.

There is also a small TV in this room.

The ensuite toilet off this bedroom has a toilet, sink, and towel rail. The second and third bedrooms have 2 caravan-sized single beds and storage. The main bathroom comprises a shower, toilet, sink and towel rail. The lounge has a corner comfy sofa bed, a dining table with 4 chairs, a Smart 50'' TV, a Playstation 4 console and games, and an electric fireplace.

The kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery, an Air fryer, and a microwave if you are eating within the caravan.

There is a small information pack in the lounge with takeaway menus. We include good-quality bed linen, and beds will be made up for your arrival.

We also supply a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel in the bathroom, and a bath mat.

All bedding is changed and washed after every stay.

We do not use fabric softeners and gentle washing powders.

All bedding is ironed, and towels are tumble-dried. • A welcome basket of coffee, tea, milk, sugar, soap, hand towels, Nespresso coffee machine, hair dryer, iron and board, travel cot on request • Check in is @ 3pm ( we would need to know if you are arriving late ), • Check out is by 10 am, • Strictly no pets and no smoking in the caravan, • Sorry park rules do not allow stag or hen parties.

Outside The sliding doors to the front of the caravan as well as main door open out to a generous decking area with a number of seats so you can sit outside when the weather is nice.

Side of the caravan area can be a sun trap.

Location Sited in a premium location with direct Seaview, our modern, 6-berth caravan is the perfect getaway for couples and families.

bus stop is right at the gates to the park with a fantastic network for days out.

and very reasonable prices.

There is 1 minute walk from our caravan to the main buildings and 30 seconds walk to the bus stop - bus number 26 takes you directly to Edinburg city Centre, 5 minutes walk to the sandy beach ( across the road ) and 10 minutes walk to the park own golf course.

In the park This is family friendly Holliday Village offering access to heated swimming pool, daily entertainment in the shower and many attractions.

Haven entertainment passes are not included.

These can be purchased once full payment has been made and I have registered your arrival with Haven or alternatively, from Reception once you arrive. This caravan is exempt from holding a Short Term Letting (STL) License in Scottish Law as it is situated on a licensed caravan park.

Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £150.

Chatsworth 1 mile; Bakewell 5 miles.

The pretty village of Baslow lies at the north end of stately Chatsworth House - home to the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire. The village has many unusual and picturesque features including a triple-arched river bridge guarded by a toll house whose doorway is only 3 1/2 feet high! Baslow offers a range of village amenities including shops, pubs and restaurants. Close by is Bakewell, the capital of the Peak District, and home of the famous Bakewell pudding (definitely not tart!), still made locally to an old and secret recipe. Bakewell is at the scenic heart of the Peak District, and with Alton Towers also within easy touring distance, there is plenty for the whole family to enjoy.
