We are located on the Award winning Unity Beach (Holiday Resort Unity) where our beautiful 3 bedroom caravan with shower room and extra toilet, is available for you to rent.
It has 1 x double room, 2 x twins (can be pushed together)and a pull out double bed in the lounge area.
It is pet friendly (max 2 well behaved dogs) with a safe enclosed garden with grass and patio area.
There's also a large gated veranda with rattan effect furniture and umbrella.
We have now had french doors fitted leading onto an enclosed decked area to enjoy the sunshine even more.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave, air-fryer, gas hob and oven, toaster and kettle, utensils and crockery.
Condiments, tea, coffee and sugar are also available for your arrival.
All quilts and pillows are supplied, all you need to bring is yourselves with towels and bed linen and personal toiletries.
Cleaning products, toilet and kitchen roll, hand liquid soap, rubbish bags & dog poo bags etc are all supplied.
We're located within easy walking distance of a long sandy beach (dog friendly year round) and RJ's Entertainment, Amusement arcade with bowling, on-site shop, laundrette, fish & chips shop are just 2 mins walk and the large children's play area is just at end of the road.
*Please note that due to Ownership change, entertainment passes are no longer compulsory and are NOT included in your holiday price.
They can be purchased on a daily basis as and if required from Reception(availability dependant) or pre-purchased when booking your holiday for the whole period.
Entertainment Passes entitle you to enter RJ's for free family entertainment, premier seats in new Pavilion venue, plus gives 50% discounts on Brean splash & Brean Play.
The theme park also has a smaller discount.
There's also a lake for fishing and golf course available payable at reception.
