We have a beautiful, modern 2016 caravan available to hire.
It is a 6 berth caravan with 1 double bedroom with an en suite, 1 twin bedroom and also has pull out bed in the living room.
Our caravan has full central heating, double glazing, spacious living room, 3 large TVs, fully alarmed and parking spaces.
The garden has enclosed decking and modern garden furniture and has french doors onto the decking.
The kitchen is fully fitted with a gas oven, hob and grill, a large fridge, freezer, a kettle, toaster, microwave, sandwich toaster and cutlery etc.
Park facilities include both an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a 9-hole pitch and putt, an 18-hole golf course, amusement arcades, a supermarket, takeaways, ice cream parlour, dog walks, hire centre, a gym with sauna and steam room, theme park, bowling, fishing lake, market, car boot sales, children’s clubs, bars and restaurants, and nightly entertainment.
A deposit of £75 will be required to secure your dates.
Full payment is required if booking within 6 weeks of your holiday start date.

The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable to alternative people, dates or accommodation.
Deposits are deducted from the full amount.
Certain facilities and activities on park are subject to an additional cost or refundable deposit and some facilities may be restricted off-peak.
We request an Accommodation Care and Respect Bond for our holiday home.?We require a £50.00 cheque which will be destroyed within 7 days as long as our holiday home is left clean and tidy with no damages.
If there should be damage up and above the deposit held, you as the guest must pay the extra.

Upon your arrival, please hand in your key release form to reception in exchange for your keys.
On departure please return the key to Reception.
You are required to vacate your accommodation by 10.00am on your departure day.
You are responsible for all members of the party and must pay for losses, breakage, or damage done to the caravan or its contents during your stay.
The price you pay includes gas and electricity.
All cooking items, crockery and cutlery are provided.
Quilts and pillows are supplied; bed linen is not included.
Iron and ironing board are provided.
High chair and travel cot also available with notice.
Please bring washing up items, towels, toilet rolls, toiletries, hair dryers and your personal holiday belongings.
Only one car is included per booking.
Should you wish to bring another car, you can do so but there will be a charge per extra car/night.
The charge will be paid upon arrival, at reception.
We do not allow dogs in our holiday home.
Any booking found to be accommodating a dog will result in your holiday being terminated without refund and you will be charged for deep cleaning the holiday home at a cost of £150.
