“Me and my 2 children had a lovely time, the caravan had everything we could possibly need.”

I was pleasantly surprised there was a lovely outdoor sofa. The beds are super comfy and it was handy having 2 toilets. The sofa in the lounge is huge so plenty of seating area. Neil was excellent at responding to my messages. Would definitely recommend to anyone

First time visiting the area. Caravan was very clean and smelt great. Neil replied to my emails promptly and answered all questions that I had. . Wish we had a few days more to discover the area, will definitely be visiting again.

“A lovely caravan with excellent facilities including: a powerful shower, free parking (adjacent to caravan), and a nice plot of grass with an attractive outdoor seating area.”

It has a cosy living room area with good space and great heating on the cold nights. The caravan is located near the beach and large grass areas which make for perfect dog walks. The caravan was overall very clean, with the exception of the inside of the fridge not being cleaned. Despite this minor issue, we enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

The pretty village of Baslow lies at the north end of stately Chatsworth House - home to the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire. The village has many unusual and picturesque features including a triple-arched river bridge guarded by a toll house whose doorway is only 3 1/2 feet high! Baslow offers a range of village amenities including shops, pubs and restaurants. Close by is Bakewell, the capital of the Peak District, and home of the famous Bakewell pudding (definitely not tart!), still made locally to an old and secret recipe. Bakewell is at the scenic heart of the Peak District, and with Alton Towers also within easy touring distance, there is plenty for the whole family to enjoy.
