Perfect location, 2 Minute walk to the beach, 2 Minute walk to the entertainment centre.
All bedding included in the price, pet friendly £25 per stay (at our discretion, please email with details first or will not be allowed).
Electric and gas included at no extra charge (within usual usage, no charging of electric cars)
Parking for 1 vehicle, if more then please unload your things and park in the main car park, which is only a couple of minutes walk.
Ironing board, iron, hairdryer, tv in living room with Netflix, board games.
All you can ask for on your family holiday.
Lockable gated decking area with outside seating for enjoying a glass of wine in the evening, or letting the children and dogs safely play.
This lovely caravan has to be left as found, breakages, missing items, will be taken out of the deposit/bond before return.
Entertainment passes available at reception at a cost (good value for money, especially if children want to use the swimming pool more than once.
Early check in/Late checkout may be arranged at cost, please email for availability.

£100 deposit/bond to be added to total cost which is returnable upon inspection/ clean after your holiday if everything is left as found and no breakages or missing items, Balance to be paid 6 weeks before holiday, deposit/bond to be paid upon booking.
Absolutely no hens/stags, parties or over occupancy allowed in this lovely family caravan.
No smoking/vaping inside.
