“We loved the caravan,what a fantastic location right next to the beach,it was so good to just open the patio doors and sit out on the decking watching the sea and surfers.”

Caravan had everything we needed plus a smart t.v for the kids to login to their favourites on netflixs and prime on an evening(while i sat on the decking drinking a beer watching the world go by) only concern is the lock to the door,it can be difficult to turn and needs some careful wiggling to free it up.

“Caravan is front line so the views are excellent and that is worth a premium payment.”

The prices for front line properties do vary and this seems to be linked to internal facilities e.g. this caravan does not have a dish washer or washing machine (clearly listed). This was not an issue for me (a solo traveller on a short break} but might be for a family on a longer stay. The essentials e.g. the cooker, hot water/heating system, wifi all worked well. The shower was excellent - good power and lots of hot water. Main bedroom was compact but comfortable and nicely presented with lots of hangers in the wardrobe. Things to note (I offer these comments to help future renters not as negative comments): a. Towels are not included (clearly explained on website) but this arrangement also includes a shower mat - if you want one bring your own. b. The door key is 'tricky'. Initially I could not get it to work at all. An owner in a neighbouring caravan saw me and came to help. He explained that the 'salt air' can make the locks stick because they become coated in salt. He wiped the lock with WD40 and that improved things. To lock/unlock you need to push the handle upwards and then slightly 'withdraw' the key to make it turn easily. c. Instructions for appliances etc. There are none. It would be really helpful to have those to hand on the first day. d. The arrival/departure instructions are sent the day before arrival. I would have appreciated the information a week in advance. e. You will need to bring essentials e.g. paper kitchen towel, toilet rolls (there is one toilet roll in the shower room but no extras). They do provide washing up liquid but no cleaning materials e.g. bleach for the WC, kitchen spray etc. e. The caravan is clean and tidy but the sofa covers in the lounge area do need an upgrade. Overall I enjoyed my short stay very much.

Stunning views of the coast and all the home comforts - what more could we ask for. We were extremely lucky with the weather and made full use of the decking. Jan was very helpful with any questions before and after booking, all the information we may possibly need, including who delivers food to the caravan! We will definitely be returning to this holiday home - highly recommend.

It was so lovely sitting out on the decking listening to the waves and enjoying the wonderful views. The caravan was spotless and had everything you could need whilst on holiday. Darren was very quick to respond to any queries. Would highly recommend and would definitely return. I have already recommended and sent this caravans details to a few friends.

“We have just returned from 4 brilliant days in Jan and Darren's lovely sea front caravan.”

We couldn't have wished for a better holiday at Trecco Bay, opening the verandah doors in the morning to the sound of the waves was amazing. The caravan provided everything we needed to make our stay like home from home and the beds were very comfortable. We have visited Trecco Bay many times in the past but this holiday in Darren and Jan's lovely caravan was by far the best and we will be booking with them again.

“Excellent short weekend spent in this well equipped, perfectly situated caravan.”

The bed was comfortable, shower was powerful, with the whole accommodation meeting high standards. There was one problem that I’m sure would be easily solved, that being that the shower was not draining away properly.

“Absolutely loved this caravan, it was a lovely caravan in a beautiful spot with breathtaking views all around.”

There was everything we needed in the caravan and more, really happy with the smart TV and great WiFi, my little girl was happy she could watch her youtube. Nice electric fire and central heating to keep us warm and to dry wet clothes. Can't wait to stay here again we are going to miss it.

This lovely 4 birth caravan is located in Thistles on the sea front of the Blue Flag Award winning Trecco Beach and is not far from all the park amenities. Centrally heating and double glazed.

40” tv, Full fridge freezer. The caravan benefits from 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom, bathroom toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen, dining and lounge area. The main door leads onto a wrap around balcony where you will find a bistro set to allow you to enjoy the sea views al-fresco. We accept families and children, unfortunately there are no pets allowed in this caravan. Entertainment passes are not included and can be bought at an additional cost on site.

Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £50.
