“We stayed here as a family the last weekend of the summer holidays.”

I must say it was the cleanest caravan we have had. It was spotlessly clean. Paul has left some milk and KitKat's in the fridge and some biscuits, what a lovely thoughtful touch. It was a beautiful caravan. Lovely sea view and close to all the amenities. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again.

Fantastic attention to detail ,spotlessly clean the best caravan we have stayed in!. Location was so peaceful and beautiful view from the decking. The beach was literally mins walk from the caravan. Paul provides all the essentials and more with biscuits and milk toilet roll hand towels and much more. Paul messaged us soon after we arrived to check that all was OK and was on site if needed . Perfect stay away,we highly recommend staying here,you will not regret it Thanks Paul

“Stayed here for a long weekend.”

The caravans location on the park was great. Short walk to the beaches and Porthcawl itself and we are regular users of static caravan holidays in the UK. This caravan had a great layout. Lovely shower and bathroom. Ultra clean, great storage facilities. The owner had left complimentary milk and biscuits. There were coasters, oven gloves, hand towels, cleaning products etc besides what you usually have in a caravan. Highly appreciated by us as usually not provided, Great outside decking area with both patio table and chairs and outside lounge furniture, sea view too.. highly recommend this caravan for its location and facilities. The site has clubhouse and pool. Not used as we came for a quiet break and ate out in Porthcawl for lunch and dinner. If come again to Porthcawl would book this again, no hesitation due to facilities and location.. great dialog with the owner Paul who made our stay very pleasant. “BETTER THAN ANY OTHER HOLIDAY HOME WITHOUT A DOUBT !”

I was reluctant to leave this review because I wanted to gatekeep this amazing holiday home to myself . My family , friend's & myself have been coming to Trecco Bay for many years now & have stayed in pretty much every accommodation available on site , this luxury holiday home stands head & shoulders above the rest by far . If you have the opportunity to book this holiday home I suggest you do because it's in demand . Pros : Perfect location amazing sea views , peaceful , yet close to the amenities . Spotless , everything you could ever wish for . Special touches like milk , biscuits , cleaning supplies, toilet paper (too many to mention) Cons : None whatsoever I'm 100% booking this holiday home in the very near future . I could continue to write about how perfect it is , but I'll let you discover how perfect it is on arrival & you will not regret regret it . ??

“We had a lovely stay in this caravan with our young grandchildren.”

O n arrival it was pleasing to see it was in immaculate condition you could not find fault with anything within it. The beds were clean and already made up (which saved a lot of time). It was a lovely surprise to see the owner Paul had supplied some little extras like washing liquid, toilet rolls and hand towels, biscuits and 1 pint of milk. The caravan is situated in a lovely spot with great views of the sea and not far from the beach. The caravan had a shower and bath which was handy for the little ones. we will definately be returning to this caravan in the future. Thank you once again Paul for being so helpful and a lovely holiday

“My husband, two kids, and I had a brilliant stay at Paul's place.”

The caravan was cosy and spotless and had everything we needed. The view from the decking was gorgeous, as it was just a minute's walk to the beach. Paul was on site and was very welcoming, friendly and helpful with knowledge about the site and the wider area. We had stayed with Parkdean before, but this was miles better! We would love to stay again soon if we can!

“We came here for a quiet weekend to relax and that’s what we did,on arrival there was biscuits milk a lovely warm welcome the caravan was spotless smelling beautiful.”

We booked this van not knowing where it was in the park, well if you like the sea view you won’t be disappointed it’s the best view on the site. Distance from the beach is less than 2 minutes along with the show dome. The owners were very helpful we had an amazing time. The caravan is very spacious, If you’re looking for a wonderful holiday then this is the caravan you need. See you very soon guys xx

The caravan was excellent and had everything you would need, very clean. Paul the owner was very quick to answer any queries we had and left us milk and biscuits on our arrival. The caravan is in a quiet location with views of the sea and a few minutes walk to the entertainment and beach. We would highly recommend booking this holiday home. Thank you for a great stay.

“Lovely caravan in a brilliant location, close to park entertainment and activities, though not used on this visit.”

This was booked as a short break for my mother who is now 88, who enjoyed her couple of days away from home. Caravan spotless on arrival and appreciated the milk, biscuits and kitkats left for our arrival. Short walk to beach. Even though wather was bad, did not ruin the stay at the caravan. As they say you can book the holiday, but you can't book the weather ????????. Would definitely book this caravan again.

“Well I can honestly say that this caravan was perfect.”

Spotlessly clean, so comfortable,and so many little extras too. The location is also perfect, 2 minutes to the sea front and a lovely sea view from the decking. I'm so glad we searched for one with a bath for my baby granddaughter or we may not have found this hidden treasure. Thank you so much Paul for being an amazing host from start to finish and we will definitely be back. ????

The caravan was excellent, very clean, and everything you would need. Ideal location for both, the centre, and the beach. Paul the owner, couldn’t do enough for us. Even told about a fireworks display the following Tuesday, so we could take our grandson along to see. Would definitely stay again

everything needed for a comfortable stay were provided. Lovely to find pint of milk & chocolates . Toiletries in the bathroom, all clean. Linen were provided as well. So nice to arrive and the bed was already made up. The bedding was of a very good standard . The caravan was spotlessly clean. Good position of the caravan, midway between main complex & beach. we were able to park right alongside the caravan. We would love to book the Caravan in the near future. Babatunde.

“I have had many holidays in Trecco Bay and stayed in many areas of the camp but never stayed in a caravan in such a peaceful and beautiful area.”

We were greeted by Paul who even offered us help with our luggage. The caravan was immaculate and super clean. The welcome pack of biscuits and milk was a lovely touch and to save you having to buy cleaning products on the site we were provided with quality products. The owners considered eye for detail meant that our holiday could start immediately without having to go out to buy additional products. I would highly recommend booking this holiday home to everyone and will certainly be booking it again. Well done Paul!

Situated in a very quiet, friendly location (have previously stayed on site in different areas) with the beach literally at the end of the road and the amenities just 5 minute walk away! Gorgeous position with decking looking out to sea. Both our young girls also loved it and didn't want to leave!! Thank you Paul, this is the best we have stayed in and can't wait to return very soon!

The property

Holiday caravan comprising of 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin room.

Family shower room and en-suite bathroom to double room.

The main living area is an open plan comprising of a kitchen, dining area and comfortable lounge area with patio doors opening onto large secure decking area with great views. The kitchen is well equipped, including an air fryer.

We also include a starter pack which includes washing up liquid, liquid hand soap, kitchen and toilet roll, foil, black bags, j cloths and a scourer. The lounge has 55 inch smart TV there is also free WI-FI included. The park has many attractions, including a children’s water park with numerous bars and many eating options within the covered concourse, which are free to access. We do not include passes in our price, and these will only be required to use the swimming pool and the Showdome entertainment venue. Passes can be purchased on the park if required. The caravan is an ABI Elan model but the sofa bed has been replaced by a comfortable corner settee hence the reason it is only a 4 berth.

Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £100.
