The property

Purchased October 23 as we wanted a home from home so it has all your home comforts.

Lovely équivalent of a ‘PD Gold Standard’ caravan it is a 2022 oakdale caravan - with the lounge in the middle main bedroom one end with its own ensuite with shower and twin bedrooms the other side with another shower and toilet so great for privacy.

The main bedroom is larger than most caravan main bedrooms plenty of room to walk around as well as a fitted wardrobe.

Dishwasher which is unusual for a caravan.

Lovely sofa, Fully kitted out kitchen.

Great quiet location on site five minute walk to Newton Beach.

Smart TV, dvd, wifi all there.

Games.

Stunning decking catches the sun really nicely.

Price does not include passes.

Passes have to be purchased separately if you wish to use showdome or the swimming from Parkdean direct on site.

A swim only pass is available on site.

I do take this into account when I do the pricing and always welcome to compare with booking direct with the site.

All cleaning supplies, handwash, toilet roll tea, coffee etc included.

Flexibility on check in and check out time where possible.

Bed Linen and Towels not included in the basic price but available for a small additional fee.

For those rainy days there are also board games such as frustration, Yahtzee and several jigsaws to enjoy as well as books and DVDs for the tv with dvd in the twin bedroom.

There are also buckets and spades there for guests to use as well as children’s plates and beakers.

Having children myself it is equipped as a family caravan.

Porthcawl, halfway between Swansea and Cardiff, is perfectly located for your South Wales coastal holiday.
