Do you only accept good ones?
The owner of this dirty, uncared for caravan had the audacity to my bond, stating there was a smell and a duvet had to be thrown away. Yes there was a smell - from something left in the boiler cupboard. I don’t know about the duvet as we always take our own bedding. We have been coming to this site for 14 years and have never had our bond withheld.
I had to clean marks off the windows and defrost the fridge/freezer before the door would shut. The shower was also blocked!
By his own admission, he rarely visits the caravan! Well, maybe it’s time he did!
I have told him if he so desperate for £75 then to keep it!!

We dispute this review and would strongly urge anyone who has the misfortune to read this to read the feedback left from other guests who haven’t encountered any issues.
We were forced to retain the security bond as the following guest informed us how the caravan had been left in an awful state with a strong stench of sick and cannabis. They were forced to seek alternative accommodation and we provided them a full refund, paid our cleaners additional fees and replaced the items that had been damaged.
We don’t hide the fact, we aren’t on-site, like other private caravan owners we employ the services of a professional cleaner so the remarks from this guest are bizarre to say the least.
Needless to say this guest is banned and we would urge fellow private caravan owners not to accept her.
