“Our caravan was comfortable and clean.”

We enjoyed our stay. The caravan felt a bit rocky at times but it was fine! The area was quiet with families like ours.

The caravan is very modern, comfortable and immaculately presented.

It comes with double glazing, gas central heating, 32 inch flat screen TV complete with Freeview channels.

We also provide many DVDs to choose from as well as board games and books.

The main bedroom has a king size bed and benefits from having an en-suite toilet and spacious dressing area.

There are 2 twin bedrooms both with storage.

All our beds have waterproof covers.

There is a larger-than-average shower room and the kitchen benefits from plenty of worktop with all the utensils and pots and pans you could possibly need for a self-catering holiday.

This is our family caravan and as such is cared for to the highest standard.

There is a fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, kettle and all the necessary cooking utensils you'll need.

We also provide a highchair so there's less for you to pack!

Outside you'll find a private patio area with table and chairs in case the sun makes an appearance!

There is one allocated parking space very close by and if you're bringing an additional vehicle you may use the main car park.

The caravan is situated on River Cove 117, away from the road and faces on to a nice green area where children are allowed to play.

It is also not far from the fishing lake which is free to fish all year round. Your beds will be made up for your arrival and you will have a welcome pack waiting for you which has all the items you'll need after your journey.

Please bring your own towels including tea towels, these can be hired from Butlins depending on availability.

We provide all entertainment passes giving you access to all of Butlins facilities, this is included in the price. There are many great things to do nearby, Minehead town centre is only a 10 minute walk away as is the West Somerset Railway.

Dunster Castle is definitely worth a trip and the Lynton and Lynmouth cliff railway is another one not to be missed.

Porlock Weir makes a nice day trip as does Tarr steps and Tropaquaria Zoo is great fun for the kids.

No smoking or pets are permitted.
