“A great caravan in an amazing location literally a stones throw from a scenic, pebbly beach.”

The sea here is relatively safe although the waves can be quite big and there are no lifeguards on this beach. Other good beaches only a short drive away. Caravan is comfortable although note that towels and linen are not included. Cupboards could do with being decluttered so visitors can benefit from good storage and more proper chairs around the table would have made it more comfortable (even if a lounge chair was lost). There are TVs in every room including the children's bedrooms ...

There are TVs in every room including the children's bedrooms although, if you know how to work them parental controls can be added, I only mention as this isn't to everyone's liking and we didn't know till we got there. The location was lovely with lots to do and a great choice of supermarkets about 20 minutes away. The site had a small swimming pool with very friendly and relaxed staff. Some of the onsite activities were great too but have to be booked with a pass. Equally if you are holidaying without children, with the exception of the odd afternoon, the site was very peaceful and this caravan is in a small glade surrounded by trees. The owner was very attentive prior to our visit and communicated frequently and was happy to help in anyway required. I would love to return one day.

“Back from a lovely week in Lydstep.”

The caravan is in a fantastic spot on the site. You wake up every day to the sea which is lovely. Caravan is fab and is well equipped with everything you need. Sharon was great throughout the whole process. You can literally walk to the beach in 30.seconds and it is a really nice quite and clean beach. Had a lovely week. Thanks Sharon. Also, the neighbours are really nice which is always a good thing :)

“Outstanding.”

We have been regular visitors to the site for some years now -(except during covid)- and this caravan is by far the best we have hired. Very modern but with a homely feel, very clean and the perfect location. Communication from owner was of a high standard, efficient and respectful. “What a fantastic caravan!”

The caravan is modern, in great condition and was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The location of the caravan within the site is amongst the best with the beach a 30 second walk away, the playground park 30 seconds in the other direction, and the shop just a minute away. The owner's communication prior to the holiday was excellent and any queries were quickly answered. We are a family of 6 with three young children and this caravan was perfect for us. We would return here in a heartbeat! Thank you for having us.

“This is a true gem of a caravan, especially in terms of the comfort and location afforded in great abundance.”

On your doorstep is Lydgate beach: a place to spend day after day on and in its gentle, refreshing waters and gorgeous views of Caldey Island. The caravan itself is in immaculate condition and is around the corner from the onsite shop and play area for children, whilst being a brief four minute walk to the Manor House for any freshly prepared food and refreshment needs. I would like to give this caravan and the experience we received my fullest and strongest recommendation for the perfect stay.

The caravan is well presented and very clean, the location is outstanding with the balcony giving you a fantastic view of the sea. The service received from the owners Sharon & Wayne is absolutely amazing, they both go out of their way to ensure your holiday is special and memorable. We would highly recommend using this holiday owners caravan and can honestly say you will enjoy. I am currently looking to re - book for next year!

“The owners of this caravan Sharon & Wayne are the nicest people you can meet and deal with.”

They made sure we all including our 3 year old Son were looked after nothing is too much trouble. Excellent location and amazing views. The site can be a little quiet in the clubhouse during the week mainly due to majority of caravans privately owned - therefore visit at weekends. Excellent location for visiting attractions and beaches nothing more than 10-15 miles. Highly recommend staying at this caravan.

“Just back from a lovely stay at Lydstep.”

The caravan was nicely decorated and had every comfort we needed during our stay - a real home from home. Communication with the owner prior to, and during our stay was prompt. We managed to blow a fuse and instructions were sent to fix it immediately. The caravan is located in a nice spot, with trees in front and behind, giving a sense of privacy. Yet the shops and club house were only a few minutes walk away. It was lovely to wake up and see the sun rise reflecting on the sea every morning. We could not fault the caravan at all, and would definitely recommend or book again in the future.

1 master bedroom with en suite and 2 twins. Lovely location situated in a quiet cul-de-sac no caravans in front or rear lovely views. Children's playground 1min away beach 1min shops 2mins and clubhouse 5mins very central to all amenities.
