“Just arrived home from a lovely stay at this beautiful caravan.”

A nice site with a club house and indoor and outdoor pool fantastic for children. The caravan was brilliant , modern interior, absolutely spotless... And well equipped. We really enjoyed the selection of board games left as a family one evening. Newquay is 5 minutes down the road which is beautiful. Dave was extremely helpful , and answered quickly if we had any questions. Would highly recommend renting Dave caravan. We hope to rent again from them in the future.

The property

Beautiful holiday home located at 5* Oceanheights Leisure Park. Our holiday home has 2 bedrooms comprising of one king bed in master bedroom with en-suite including a w/c and large sink.

The second bedroom has 2 large single beds and has a double pull out bed in the lounge area. Open plan lounge which is very bright and airy with TV and electric fire.

We have some board games to keep the family entertained. This holiday home has central heating throughout. Kitchen area including hob, oven, grill, airfryer, toaster, kettle, microwave and large fridge/freezer.

There is a seperate dining area where you can enjoy family meals. The family bathroom has a large walk in shower, w/c and a large basin.

The master bedroom en-suite with w/c and large basin. We have alocated parking next to the caravan.

The decking has outdoor dining table and chairs with stunning sea veiws. The key will be in secure key safe so you can make your way direct to the caravan on arrival. There is a barrier on the site entrance which you will need to provide your number plate 48 hours before arrival to gain access. Bedding and towels included. ***Strickly No Smoking inside or on the Decking this rule includes e-cigarettes*** Smoking outside of the caravan and away from Decking areas is acceptable, but keep area free of ash, rubbish and cigarette butts. *** Strickly no same sex groups*** ***No Dogs*** May accept one small breed dog Rubbish must be put in site bins, used bedding must be put in bedding bags supplied before you leave.
