“I cannot speak highly enough of Delyth!”
Delyth was a pleasure to book with and was ready and willing to assist with all of our queries. She readily responded and went out of her way to ensure that our needs were catered for. I honestly cannot thank her enough, especially as I only made her aware of my queries the weekend (i.e 2 days) before we were meant to arrive! In addition to the fantastic customer service, the caravan itself was immaculate and positioned beautifully. The caravan is about 100 yards from the main complex (clubhouse, restaurant, takeaways, arcade, activity centre and swimming pool), which made our lives very easy with 2 small children. Despite the close proximity we did not get any disruptions or disturbance from other site users as the caravan is tucked away slightly. I should also point out that the shower was excellent!! With regards to cost, this caravan is a bargain - friends of ours stayed at the same time and they booked through Haven; their caravans were of a similar size but were a lot more expensive. The only 'benefits' that they had were the ability to book activities prior to arrival (we had no issue booking anything that the children wanted to do) and towels. This was our first time in Kiln Park and it will not be our last - future trips will most certainly be via Delyth!
