The property

Welcome, and thank you for viewing our caravan.

It is located around 2 miles from the beautiful fishing village of New Quay on the Cardigan Coast. The Holiday Park has lots to offer: a clubhouse and restaurant, evening entertainment and a small arcade.

There is also a swimming pool and crazy golf on site which is bookable at reception for a small charge.

There is also a fishing lake on site.

There are also two on-site parks, one by the main building and the other not far from our holiday home.

They have recently introduced an outside bar and seating area, and some of this is undercover. In the village of New Quay, you will find various public houses and restaurants/takeaways, ice cream parlours, gift shops, and 2 small beaches.

There are several well-signposted car parks located in and around the village, and from the site, it is no more than a 10-minute drive. This would be an ideal location for those who enjoy walking, as there are excellent walks around the area, especially the coastal path.

If you want to venture further afield, you have Aberystwyth to the north and Cardigan to the south, which are around 20 miles in either direction.

Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £50.

About the location

No village

Chatsworth 1 mile; Bakewell 5 miles.

The pretty village of Baslow lies at the north end of stately Chatsworth House - home to the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire. The village has many unusual and picturesque features including a triple-arched river bridge guarded by a toll house whose doorway is only 3 1/2 feet high! Baslow offers a range of village amenities including shops, pubs and restaurants. Close by is Bakewell, the capital of the Peak District, and home of the famous Bakewell pudding (definitely not tart!), still made locally to an old and secret recipe. Bakewell is at the scenic heart of the Peak District, and with Alton Towers also within easy touring distance, there is plenty for the whole family to enjoy.
