“Simply the best accomodation we've EVER been in on holiday.”

From the fresh fragrance as you first enter to the perfect mattress you lay your head down on at night...everything had been thought about in amazing detail. We couldn't stop repeating "I love it here" throughout our stay. Teens loved the tv in every room and the incredible WiFi. The radio stations you can tap on a screen and hear through the ceiling. Views never got boring. We felt so blessed to have such picturesque horizon to look out on. So sad to leave our cosy little holiday home ...

“Great communication when initially booking and follow up before arrived.”

The van spec was very good with a lovely welcome pack. The pitch is outstanding with a great area in front for the kids to play on and an easy dog walking location. The caravan amenities were top of the range with 2 showers and toilets, hi spec kitchen, comfortable living area, great WiFi never dropped out once, All of the beds were very comfortable and the decking area was ample with lovely chairs and cushions. A great caravan and very easy to arrange with the owner 10 out of 10

“We had a wonderful stay at this caravan in Broadland Sands.”

Diane, the host, was extremely helpful right from the time of booking and answered all our questions quickly. The caravan itself was spotless, very clean, and had a beautiful view of the sea. It was well equipped with everything we needed, plus lots of board games and activity boxes that kept the kids entertained. The Wi-Fi was fast, which was a real bonus as we had no phone reception with Vodafone, and the Smart TV with YouTube and Netflix came in very handy for the children as well. Although we didn’t get much chance to enjoy the park facilities since we spent most of our time at the Pleasure Beach (only about a 15-minute drive away), we really enjoyed our stay. All in all, it was a lovely break and we would happily recommend this caravan to anyone.

“Lovely clean modern caravan equipped with everything and more to make your holiday.”

It is in a very good location on the site with a sea view, there are lots of walks for dog owners. There are several beaches within a 30 minute or 5 minute drive. We enjoyed our stay so much we intend to book again later on this year. I would highly recommend this caravan to hire.

The showers were great and bedrooms had everything you needed Diane was always happy to help and responded quickly to queries The breakfast basket and milk were an added bonus on arrival We will definitely return !

“Overall facilities were great with very thoughtful touches ie; welcome food basket , toiletries It was a pleasurable and comfortable experience to spend both time in the caravan as well as on the veranda overlooking a scenic landscape.”

The caravan was also well stocked with all possible household gadgets which again was exceptionally thoughtful. Cleanliness was a high priority and again all cleaning products based on natural products. Additional bedding was a welcome touch and decor everywhere provided additional touches of luxury. A very thoughtful owner providing extra touches that were of a high standard.

The caravan was spotless everything you needed in the caravan. Diane even gave us a breakfast basket there is tea and coffee great coffee machine beds were comfy shower was amazing so powerful great place to stay I would definitely recommend this caravan and we will be back Diane was very helpful and responsive thank you Diane for a great short break which was very much needed.

“W spent three nights in this caravan.”

It had great views out to sea and a lovely decking area complete with furniture. Unfortunately it was too stormy to use it this time but when the sun came out briefly I could see how lovely it would be to sit and watch the world go by. Upon arrival Diane had left us bread, cereal and milk which was a nice touch. The bedding was provided which meant we could settle into our holiday straight away. Also, cleaning products were supplied. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We ate at the clubhouse once and the food was good.

“Stayed at this caravan Easter 2023 , then booked again October half term break 2023 It's literally home from home , with everything you need , even wifi , so kids happy Very clean and inviting Definitely would book again sometime There's nothing that could be added to make it any better .”

It has it all . Maybe a concrete hard standing for a car But I'm just being picky now. All in all outstanding accommodation and fully fitted with everything you might need

Absolutely beautiful caravan!! Beds and sofas very comfortable! Great showers! Fully equipped kitchen and smart TV’s. Welcome Pack was great and very much appreciated!! It was lovely to sit out on the decking in the sun and listen to the waves. Stunning holiday home - lovely relaxing break - really wish I had booked a longer stay but hoping to return next year!

It’s got everything you could possibly need and is situated in a lovely location with stunning views. It’s modern, clean and a really good size for a family. We loved spending our evenings with a glass of wine on the decking watching the kids play and the boats go by. Di was so helpful from start to finish and the welcome pack was a lovely addition. Next time we visit Broadland Sands, I wouldn’t hesitate to book this lovely caravan again.

“Throughly enjoyed our holiday.”

The caravan has so many special touches, is clean, smells good, has everything to make your stay a home from home. The plot was fantastic, large grass area outside for the children to play on whilst enjoying the decking out front. Wonderful power showers, comfortable beds, every extra accessory available to hand … hair dryer, hoover, iron, slow cooker. Didn’t use them all but amazing to have them if we had needed them. Would highly recommend this caravan and Di was so accommodating and easy to contact. A hidden gem!

It’s stunning, comfortable, clean and very homely. Lots of extra touches and cooking facilities that you wouldn’t get anywhere else. We stayed longer this year and so pleased that we did. The views are breathtaking especially at sunrise, the site is friendly and peaceful where this home from home is located. We didn’t use the on site entertainment simply because our children preferred to play on the huge grass area outside. We truly enjoyed our stay, made lots of memories and can’t wait to return. Thanks for having us. Xx.

Having stayed in many caravans/lodges over the last 10 years Di is the best owner I’ve ever had the pleasure to book with. The caravan itself is 10/10 ( would rate higher if I could!) Location is great, fabulous decking with gorgeous sea view. The caravan is superbly equipped…it’s got everything you could need and more! We were so grateful for the loaf of bread, cereals and milk etc left for us also, so thoughtful and much appreciated! 100% recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat. Thanks so much Di!

Very comfortable and supplied with everything you could want and more. Very nice welcome pack included. Owner very friendly in her communications with us. The Caravan is located in a prime location looking onto the grass area and then the sea. We all loved sitting on the veranda on the comfy settee and chairs watching the world go by. 10 ???? from our dog as well.

“Thank you for letting us use your beautiful holiday home.”

We have never been in a caravan with so many kitchen appliances. There was a slow cooker, air fryer, bread maker and many more with plenty of pots and pans. The wifi was excellent. All of the furnishings were comfortable as was the bed. The caravan was outstanding. The caravan had uninterrupted sea views from the decking. There was private parking for 2 cars and it was a couple of minutes walk to the clubhouse and play park. It was fantastic sitting there with a glass of wine watching the kestrels hovering nearby. As there were no guests in the caravan before us we were allowed to check in early. We were pleased to find bread, milk, cereals, tea, coffee and more on arrival. The communication with the owner, Di, was excellent before, during and after our holiday. She was always quick to respond to our questions. We will definitely love to return.

“I can not rate this caravan enough.”

It was stunning, very clean and had everything you could need. Location on the site was also brilliant. Waking up to the sea in the morning was great. Owner was also excellent, had a text early on the day of check in to say the van was ready prior to check in time. There was also a very lovely touch when we got there - milk, bread, jam, cereals. Very thoughtful. Will definitely be booking again in the future.

Beds comfortable unlike some you get in caravans 2 fully fitted bathrooms with showers. First time had Wifi in Caravan , no complaints from kids !!!!!!! Caravan was spotless , very clean , over looks sea , very nice Tv in every room The welcoming touches like bread , milk , cereal etc etc , never had that before It was like home from home , nothing we said, oh wish it had this or that ............. It had everything , even things you wouldn't expect . Even music streaming from ceiling , we haven't even got that at home Definitely be staying again in future Now we're off to body shop ( lots of nice touches in caravan ) and making new wardrobe doors Wife liked the Caravan ones , good job I'm in the trade !!!

“My sister and I had a break for a few days and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.”

The holiday home was incredible. Better than the photographs make it appear. The kitchen has everything you could imagine. The lounge area has two very comfortable sofas. Lovely modern bathrooms. And the beds were very high quality. When we arrived there were some essentials like bread and milk,cereal and jam. A lovely touch. We would definitely book this home again. The site is clean and not a spot of litter anywhere. It was a well deserved break that exceeded our expectations.

The family resort of Lowestoft is the most easterly point in Great Britain and is situated on the Suffolk Sunrise coast close to the Norfolk/Suffolk border with some of the finest sandy beaches in the area, with a range of attractions for all the family.
