    “The positives: * The caravan in a nice location on the site.”

    The negatives: * Dirty kitchen on arrival. Hob and kitchen equipment covered in grease. Some mugs and cups were dirty. (We had to give the entire kitchen a deep clean.) * Sofa is disgusting. It’s strained and smells dirty. * Dining chairs cracked and perishing. (Material flakes off every time you sit on them.) * Unit corners hanging off. - A corner has been fixed with the use of a plaster. * Door frames cracked - sharp edges exposed as a result. * Vinyl peeling off of units. * Vinyl ...

(Material flakes off every time you sit on them.) * Unit corners hanging off. - A corner has been fixed with the use of a plaster. * Door frames cracked - sharp edges exposed as a result. * Vinyl peeling off of units. * Vinyl wallpaper peeling off. * Entire caravan dusty - with cobwebs. * A previous guests t-shirt was found in the wardrobe of the main bedroom. * Dirty tissues found next to the bed in the main bedroom. * Double bed very uncomfortable. (You can feel the position of every spring.) * Shower too hot for children to shower in comfortably. * Broken blinds in the bathroom. * Rotten / dangerous wooden picnic bench outside. * Broken / dangerous plastic storage bench outside. * Broken hoover. - No dust pan and brush provided. We would not recommend the hire of this caravan to anyone!

The property

This holiday home is situated on the quiet area of Links within Haven Hopton Holiday village.

It is close to a children's play area, duck pond, golf course as well as all the amenities within Hopton Holiday village. This home has a master bedroom which has an en-suite toilet and wash basin.

There is plenty of wardrobe space in this bedroom along with a dressing table, hairdryer and freeview TV. There are two further bedrooms, both with twin beds.

The larger twin has a single wardrobe and cabinets, the smaller twin has a smaller size wardrobe and cabinets. Main bathroom has large shower cubicle, wash basin, toilet and storage. The living area has a large wraparound sofa, with coffee table and footrest.

There is an electric fire, TV and DVD player.

Games, Books and DVD's are also available. Patio doors lead to a decking area with Bistro table and chairs. Kitchen area has dining table and 4 chairs, along with full size Fridge, freezer and Gas Oven.

Toaster, Kettle, Microwave and Iron also available. You need to bring own bedding, towels and t-towel.

Bath mat if required. Arrival Days - Mon, Fri and Saturday(where possible) no smoking - pets subject to extra cleaning fee - but only on prior approval from owner. Please note: this is an older caravan so does have wear and tear

Hopton-on-Sea is a lovely seaside village resting between Corton and Great Yarmouth. The village is known for being a popular seaside resort and offers a selection of attractions including amusement arcades, Gorleston Golf Club and hosts the World Indoor Bowls Championships every January. Dining options include a range of pubs and restaurants, while you can stock up on essentials at a variety of convenience stores.
