The property

Our very well presented family caravan is located on Horizons, the second row from the seafront, with beautiful views of the sea.

It is a very peaceful location. Please note that although we don't allow guests' pets in the caravan, we do have a dog ourselves who stays with us so this caravan will not be suitable for those with pet allergies.

The caravan is double glazed and centrally heated throughout with a radiator in each room and a gas fire in the lounge, so is suitable to hire in all weathers.

Gas and electricity are included in the price.

The gas is piped in through the mains so there is no need for canisters to be changed.

There is a private parking space behind the caravan which is on tarmac and room for another car to park behind the caravan. The front patio doors open out onto a sea view with a veranda, and small table and chairs, and there is also a side veranda.

Outside chairs are provided and also fold-up chairs you can take to the beach.

There is a picnic bench with parasol on the patio. The kitchen is very well equipped with fridge freezer, microwave, plenty of cooking utensils and a gas oven.

There is an iron and ironing board also.

The caravan has three bedrooms - one double and two with twin beds.

The master bedroom has a TV.

A hairdryer is also provided, There is a shower room with a toilet, and a separate toilet. Bedding is included and the beds will be made up for your arrival.

Check in time is 2.30 pm and you will need to vacate by 10.00 am. You will require passes to access the entertainment complex, swimming pools, restaurant and bars, and mini-golf course.

These passes are NOT included so will need to be purchased separately by yourself from Reception on arrival. A £75 non-refundable deposit per week will be required when booking and full payment will need to be made 5 weeks prior to the arrival date.

Hopton-on-Sea is a lovely seaside village resting between Corton and Great Yarmouth. The village is known for being a popular seaside resort and offers a selection of attractions including amusement arcades, Gorleston Golf Club and hosts the World Indoor Bowls Championships every January. Dining options include a range of pubs and restaurants, while you can stock up on essentials at a variety of convenience stores. Within easy reach of the village, Corton is home to the Pleasurewood Hills Family Theme Park, whilst to the north Great Yarmouth is a vibrant resort town with further attractions and amenities, such as Great Yarmouth Pleasure Beach and the nearby Broads National Park.
