We was going to reluctantly sell the caravan last year after a stressful few years after Paul being diagnosed with Cancer working full time with 3 children it was just too much for me but we didn't want to let it go as so many family memories made at the caravan and so many more to be had.
I love being able to offer other families the opportunity for a lovely break away and I know I would have had many sad guests if we had sold.
So you'll be pleased to hear we decided to keep the caravan on in memory of our Nan Floss and it's now looked after by us as a Family Nan would love the thought of all her Chicks using it for family time together and being able to give others the chance too ????.

We are offering a low deposit of £50 with the booking amount due 8 weeks before your stay.
We provide linen and shower towels
& Beds will be made ready for your arrival which means when you arrive you can drop off your things and head straight out to make family memories ????
We Have front and side decking.
Lockable to keep children safe.
We are constantly keeping things up to date so they are fresh and clean for our guests.
We welcome any suggestions by guests also to improve our services.

If you have any specific date requirements like full week , 10 days or 2 week stays please contact me as I will offer a discount.
Also if you have any specific odd date requirements which fall out of the standard Fri-Mon or Mon-Fri please let me know and we will always try to accommodate where possible.
For Multiple bookings another owner next door to us has a caravan on the plot next to me so if you have a large family and would like to book both please contact me so I can correspond with them on dates
Location
We are situated in a Safe and Convenient Quiet location, Own Driveway, Decking front and side, Large Grassed area to right of caravan and in front, 32amp electricity supply, South Facing so get the sun all day, 2 Mins walk from beach and main centre.
Same Sex Groups please contact me so i can make a decision on letting.
Depends on quantity time of year etc etc
LOUNGE AREA
The Lounge area is stylish and inviting with designer soft furnishings, luxury sofas , an electric modern fire, luxury cabinets, Entertainment unit with 42" TV with integrated free-view and DVD Player, XBOX 360 and many games.
If you have Sky Q at home you can bring your main box and controller and plug into front room.
Power cable, HDMI etc all ready at the van for you to plug into.
KITCHEN/DINING AREA
The kitchen is a modern fully integrated kitchen with integrated fridge freezer, gas hob and oven and a dishwasher.
There is a modern dining table in the kitchen with 2 chairs and a bench.
There is also a built in microwave, kettle, toaster, full range of plates, Slow cooker, oven & Hob, fridge / freezer, glasses cups, cutlery etc.
We also have added a Ninja air fryer recently.
BEDROOMS
There are three bedrooms, including a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms all with central heating and TV in each room
Master Bedroom
Has a double bed and free Standing wardrobe, Radiator, mirror, Hair Dryer Holder and shelves for storage.
En suite toilet/sink.

Bedroom one
Has two single beds, free standing wardrobe Radiator.

Ninja Airfryer - please ensure you pull away from the wall when in use (This is really important) and turn off at the plug when not being used.
Please also ensure you clean after each use

Bed Linen.
I will organise for beds to be made up for arrival.
Keys to your van will be in the safe so no long queues to check in.
Always nice to arrive and everything done for you ( it is nice bedding not Havens old bedding)
So much to do in local Areas of Hopton if you wanted to get off the park and explore.
You have Great Yarmouth itself, Pleasurewood Hills, Africa Alive, Lowerstoft Harbour and so much more!
Colchester Zoo is only and hour from Caravan too!
