Our holiday home is sited in the quiet Links area of Hopton Holiday Village close to all amenities and within easy walking distance of Gorleston on Sea and the beautiful beach.

• Main bathroom with large shower cubicle toilet and wash basin wall cabinet.
Living room has 2 sofas coffee table with a large footstool, electric fire, TV and DVD player.
Bluetooth speakers are inbuilt.
Patio doors lead onto secure lockable decking to front and side great for little ones with patio table and chairs.
Inside dining area has table and 4 chairs.
Modern kitchen with full size cooker and fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, slow cooker, sandwich maker and kettle.
Kitchen fully equipped for 6+ people.
Allocated parking space only 30 yards away from the holiday home.
Guest parking close by.
Children's play area close by with traffic free access from holiday home.
Bed quilts, pillows and hand towels suppled are supplied (please bring your own bath, beach and dog towels) .

Arrival day Saturday in 2025, Changing to Fridays in 2026
Strictly no smoking.
If any smoking is detected on final clean/ inspection the security deposit will not be returned
Candles are forbidden in the holiday home.
No BBQ on or near the decking

Haven complex Leisure passes are not provided by us but can be purchased before your stay directly from Haven,
The ability to purchase passes is not guaranteed as these are issued by Haven under their own T&C's
£150 deposit non refundable to be paid at time of booking, balance payment to be paid 4 weeks in advance plus £100 bond to be paid by bank transfer with the balance payment.
The bond will be refunded by bank transfer within 5 days of stay if no damages.
Holiday Home will be ready from 4pm on day of arrival and your departure must be by 10.00am on the last day.
