Modern 8-Berth Family Caravan with Gated Decking at Golden Sands Holiday Park, Dawlish Warren Welcome to our beautifully presented, modern family caravan, situated on the popular Golden Sands Holiday Park in Dawlish Warren, Devon. Only four years old, the caravan has been furnished and maintained to a high standard, providing comfortable accommodation for up to eight guests.

It is fully double glazed and centrally heated, making it ideal for holidays throughout the season. The caravan features a spacious open-plan lounge and dining area with comfortable seating, a fully equipped kitchen, one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and a pull-out double sofa bed in the lounge.

The modern shower room and separate WC provide additional convenience for families. Outside, you’ll find a large gated decking area, perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee or an evening drink while children can play safely within the enclosed space.

Private parking is available directly beside the caravan. Guests can also enjoy our outdoor furniture, including comfortable sun loungers and a dining table with chairs, all stored securely in our on-site storage unit and available for your use during your stay. Golden Sands Holiday Park offers fantastic facilities throughout the holiday season, including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, family entertainment, a restaurant and bar, amusement arcade, children’s play areas and an on-site convenience store. The beautiful sandy beach at Dawlish Warren is just a short stroll away, together with the nature reserve, golf course, amusements, cafés, pubs and coastal walks, making this an ideal location for families, couples and anyone looking to enjoy everything the South Devon coast has to offer. To help maintain the high standard of our holiday home, the caravan is strictly non-smoking, non-vaping and pets are not permitted. Optional bed linen is available for a small additional charge, or guests are welcome to bring their own bedding if preferred. A refundable security/breakage bond is required with every booking and is returned promptly after departure, subject to the caravan being left in good condition with no damage or breakages. A charming seaside town set on the southern coast. The town of Dawlish offers all of the facilities for day-to-day living including a pleasant variety of shops, restaurants and cafés and a small theatre. Dawlish is famous for its Black Swans that live with other wildfowl on the Dawlish Water that runs through the central town park down to the sea, at night in the summer it is beautifully lit by strings of coloured lights. Dawlish comes with a wonderful, sandy beach with a crazy golf course also nearby, it is the perfect place for a family holiday. Up the coast is Dawlish Warren that can be reached by car or train or, for those energetic types, a walk along the sea wall. Further afield, Dawlish mainline station offers access to Exeter, Exmouth, Torquay, Paignton or even Plymouth, trains are plentiful.
