A family-owned pet-friendly caravan ideal for the perfect staycation.

3 bedroom caravan, sleeps 8 to hire on Primrose Valley with decking table and chairs and parking.

Shower and separate w.c.

Beds already made up with freshly washed bedding on arrival but please bring your own towels.

We provide tea towels, washing up liquid, and cleaning materials.

There is a hoover and small clothes airer, as well as a mop and bucket.
Perfect location close to Filey, East Coast. With plenty of things to do on or off-site. Access straight onto the beach where you can walk straight across to the seaside resort of Filey. There is also a newly opened coastal path to Filey.

Even though this is a privately owned caravan, the rules of the site must be adhered to, please give consideration to other people around you, loud music is not allowed in or around the caravan. If security is called this may result in your stay being cut short.

This is a no-smoking caravan.
THE PRICE OF YOUR STAY DOES NOT INCLUDE ENTERTAINMENT PASSES but these can be purchased from reception
PLEASE NOTE that the facilities, Amusements, Entertainment, Shops, Restaurants Takeaways, and Supermarkets start to close down in November and don't reopen until March 11th.
Please note that due to ongoing covid restrictions some of the activities may have to be booked in advance, please check directly on the Haven website to confirm if any restrictions apply.
We are a Pet-friendly van ( up to 2 Dogs ) and charge £20 whether this is for one or two dogs

PLEASE NOTE: if you are late vacating the caravan the cleaners would need to revisit at short notice and this would incur extra charges and you may lose your deposit

DUE TO THE PARK  FACILITIES starting to close down in November through until the beginning of January this is the best time if you want to get away and enjoy a very peaceful break with walks along the beach or coastal paths. Prices start from £100 for 3 nights and from £150 for a week.
