The semi-open plan lounge is spacious yet cosy with a large fixed L shaped sofa (with pull-out double bed for extra sleeping capacity) and a free standing armchair.
There is a feature electric fire and 43" Smart TV. Free WI-FI is also available.

French doors open out onto enclosed front decking with rattan furniture. Ideal for relaxing in the sun (hopefully) or enjoying a few drinks under the stars.

The kitchen is a very good size and has a built in dining area, a full size integrated fridge/freezer, a gas cooker with extractor, microwave, toaster and kettle. There is plenty of workspace and lots of storage cupboards housing a full inventory of pots and pans, crockery, cutlery, glasses and utensils. Also provided for your convenience is a slow cooker, air fryer, iron and tabletop ironing board.

The main bedroom has a double bed with cupboards above, wardrobe, drawers and vanity unit with stool. Also there is a 22" wall mounted TV and a hairdryer.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 are of a good size and both have a wardrobe, drawers and overbed storage.

Bed linen is provided and beds will be made up ready for your arrival.

The main bathroom has a shower, wash basin and toilet and the cloakroom has a WC and wash basin.
