My family and I had a great stay over Ironman weekend . The caravan was perfectly situated for walking to beach and into Tenby town, spacious and very clean and had all facilities we needed. Hayden the owner was extremely accommodating and answered all my questions (and there were a lot) promptly, he couldn’t have been more helpful. We would highly recommend.

I’m so glad you all had a great weekend and found the caravan to be all that you wanted it to be. It has been a pleasure to have been on service to you.

Our girls loved staying here,.! They both had their own room with a TV each and the caravan is so spacious. As soon as we walked in you could tell that Hadyn and his wife had cleaned thoroughly from top to bottom! By far the cleanest caravan we have stayed in. It was lovely to sit out on the comfy furniture on the decking in the morning for breakfast. The fact that there are two showers made getting ready to go out so much quicker. I think what made the stay so positive for me personally was the amazing communication from Hadyn. I had family that I don't get to see very often staying in the area and Hadyn kindly booked them in as guests and answered all my questions speedily and clearly. It really topped off what was a memorable holiday and we will be returning. Thanks Hadyn.

We just got back from our 3rd summer holiday in a row in this beautiful caravan, and have already booked for our 4th stay next summer! The caravan itself is super comfortable, all mod cons are included, including a dishwasher, which is a real luxury for us as we don’t have one at home. Haydn couldn’t be a better host - excellent communication, super clean, fair pricing, and lovely added touches like DVDs, board games, colouring books and crayons for the kids, and dishwasher tabs in case you didn’t pack your own. We will be back again and again, for as many times as you’ll have us!

Just come back from a weeks stay. Caravan was amazing, very clean and to a high standard. Location is perfect too. Can’t fault anything and Haydn was amazing. Always prompt in responding and went out his way to accommodate our sleeping plans for our twins. Highly recommend using if ever wanting to stay in Tenby

Fantastic family holiday with our 3 children all under the age of 7. Extremely clean caravan, well equipped with everything you need for a smooth stay. Great little extras like board games for the kids and a good selection of DVD's. Lovely location within the park. Haydn was an absolute pleasure to deal with and was very responsive dealing with my emails and always happy to help with queries. Will definitely be booking again for next summer. Thank you

We have recently returned from a wonderful family holiday in this caravan. The caravan is in a great location on the park, it is situated next to a car park so there were never any problems parking and is also in easy walking distance to the beach path and shop. The caravan is furnished to a very high standard and the beds and bedding were of brilliant quality. The kitchen contained all equipment we needed to be able to prepare full family meals. The communications we received from Haydn were excellent with very quick responses to our queries. We cannot recommend this caravan highly enough and hope to visit again soon.

I honestly cannot fault this caravan. Stylish and modern but homely and the bedding was so comfy. Absolutely perfect for our young children, the bath in the bottom of the shower was a huge plus as our children don't like showers yet. Huge selection of dvds which my husband took advantage of and my two older children enjoyed the board games supplied. The caravan is in a great location on the park, not too close to the hustle and bustle but less than a 10 minute walk (quicker without small children) and good location overall in Tenby, we had a great holiday. I will definitely be recommending to family and friends and hope to come back again myself in the future.

We stayed at this immaculate caravan for a week at the beginning of the summer holidays with our 3 children. It is in a lovely quiet area of Kiln Park with parking directly next to it. The caravan has a large veranda to the side and the front with patio furniture which was a lovely sun trap all day, perfect for a sunny breakfast or evening day out with a drink. Inside the caravan is very spacious, clean and modern. It is very well equipped with everything you need and more. The bed linen was all provided and were of high quality, clean and comfortable. Brilliant addition of walk in wardrobe to the master bedroom was really useful for storage. Haydn the owner was brilliant to deal with, responded to any messages quickly. Would highly recommend this accommodation!

Second time staying at this caravan and have also booked a third visit for this year. Perfect modern van with everything you need inside, fab location on kiln park, close to all amenities but not in the thick of the through traffic around the park so very peaceful. Bedding all included so one less thing to think about making your stay a lot easier and lighter in the car. The owners are lovely and are on hand to help should you require any assistance. Highly recommend this caravan to all wanting to stay at kiln park.

Once again it’s been lovely to have you and your family stay at our caravan. We try to make everyone’s holiday a success and it’s nice to know we are succeeding! We look forward to your next visit.

Had a fantastic stay in this caravan, had everything you need inside. We travelled with a 6 year old and a baby and it had everything you could need and more for them. Cot, high chair, dvds, games and even a bath! Owner was lovely to deal with and responded quick to any questions we had. Location was great, central to all the amenities and the car park is right next to the caravan so was easy to load and unload. Highly recommend and would and will stay again.

Just come back from a fabulous week away in Tenby, the Caravan is great, one of the best we have EVER stayed in. So close to the beach and within walking distance to Tenby. We decided to risk the weather and book a couple of nights in Kiln Park to celebrate my daughter’s 11th birthday. What a fantastic decision! The caravan is of a very high standard, beautifully decorated, extremely well equipped and perfectly located for the useful shop and path to the beach.The booking process and check out were both efficient and friendly and all emails responded to very promptly. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this caravan and hopefully we’ll return one day. By the way, the risk was worth it and the sun was shining in beautiful Tenby!

We stay here for the iron man wked. The owner was brilliant from the word go with any inquiries we had. The park it self is perfect location for the beach and a nice stroll to Tenby along the beach. Great park for the children lots to do, shop big and well stocked. Caravan itself it brilliant, immaculately clean, everything you need to enjoy your stay. Great storage in the master bedroom, and for us as a family two bathrooms with two showers is great, but the biggest bonus for young children is one of the showers also having the small bath tub aswell! We have a great stay and would defiantly recommend this caravan and would defo be back xx

I am leaving this review on behalf of my sister and mum who stayed in this caravan. From the outset, the owner was helpful and incredibly efficient and friendly. My mum and sister have stayed in several caravans and upon arrival were immediately impressed with the caravan. Not only were the fixtures and fittings superb (including 'proper' mattresses which ensured a great night's sleep!); but it was immaculately clean. They both said that it was the best caravan that they have ever stayed in! The caravan was very well situated on the park and was close to both the beach and the park amenities. We would not hesitate in recommending this caravan to anyone and the owner couldn't be more helpful! We will definitely be returning! Despite the weather, my mum and sister had a fantastic stay and would very much like to return again in the future.

This is a superb caravan and I’d highly recommend it to anyone, we have a 4 year old and a 7 month old and it was perfect for all of us. The caravan was spotlessly clean and tidy and to have two bathrooms one with a bath was great with kids ! The caravan is located perfectly to Tenby town centre (only a 20 minute walk) and it’s lovely beaches. The caravan is really close to all the park facilities and the park in general is really friendly and equipped with everything you need. Haydn was great, nothing was too much trouble and he had everything ready ahead of our stay including putting up a cot for our little boy. Would highly recommend this caravan for anyone looking to stay in Tenby...thank you so much for making our trip fab !

What an excellent stay. Highly recommend this caravan for hire. Haydn was fantastic, having everything ready for us before the stay. Ample parking right next to the caravan, veranda all around caravan was great for my little one, and very clean and tidy. Very close to all the park facilities that are on offer, nothing was too far and I had a toddler on tow. We will definitely be booking this caravan again. Thank you so much!

Superb, luxurious caravan with everything you could want on a fantastic Haven site. Modern and spotlessly clean. Three bedrooms, master bedroom with en-suite and dressing room. Main bathroom also which is a must with two grown up children. Comfortable lounge area with electric fire. Large TV and DVD player & additional TV in main bedroom. Central heating throughout which is what is needed on a cold December day! Kitchen has all facilities to cook any meal. Wrap around veranda with seating. Plenty of car parking next to the van. Just a few minutes walk to the beach & on to Tenby town. We couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you so much for an amazing holiday!
