“We had a fantastic break, caravan is lovely, everything we required was thought of and it was extremely comfortable and spacious.”

Situated in a good area on site. Outdoor seating was a bonus which we used often due to the great weather. Lynn the owner was lovely and left us some goodies to start off our break. All in all it was fab and we will definitely return.

The welcome pack that Lynn provided was excellent and was catered for the whole family. Lynn was excellent during the whole experience, keeping us updated throughout and was a pleasure to deal with. Hopefully we will be back next year.

“We all had a great time in this very lovely clean comfortable caravan.”

Exceptional host in Lynn, communication brilliant. The welcome pack was very much appreciated including a bottle of Prosecco for my partner Caz’s birthday. Everything we needed was in the caravan and loved the outside where you can enjoy the sun(when it eventually came out end of week,lol) and my wee pug Jackson loved it out there & being enclosed was even better when I knew he couldn’t just run off chasing the rabbit’s,lol. Will definitely return as couldn’t ask or seen inside and out ever a better caravan than your one Lynn and Mark,was nice to meet you Mark (we were enjoying the sun too much,hehe) Hopefully can get booked again soon as we really enjoyed ourselves so thank you again. Highly recommend this lovely, clean and comfortable caravan xxx

“Caravan was spotless and beautiful inside.”

Loads of little home comforts and everything you would need in a caravan. Lynn the host was great and very helpful. Lovely quiet family holiday, beach directly across the road with Pleasure Land and a large play park 1mile down the road. Loads of kids about and a small park onsite too. Very family friendly. Disappointing that the pool onsite was closed but a 5min drive takes you to Arbroath Leisure centre. We will definitely come back to this caravan and would highly recommend.

“Just returned from a fabulous stay at this caravan.”

Lynn, the owner, was great to deal with. Always prompt with replies and put up with my dithered without complaint! The caravan is perfect. It was immaculately clean when we arrived. It smelt lovely the minute I opened the door. There are lots of little extras provided to make the stay really comfortable. This started with a welcome pack, loads of books to read, dvd’s and games for the children, a barbecue and outside furniture. The living room is open plan to the kitchen and diner. It felt spacious and not cramped. The kitchen was well equipped and we had everything we needed to make all meals. The beds are comfortable and we all slept well. The bedding was also nice. Having an en-suite makes a difference too. I can definitely recommend a stay here. We will definitely be back in the future.

“We enjoyed a great Easter weekend at Lynn's fabulous caravan.”

The caravan was very spacious for us, our two adult daughters and our doggy. It was lovely, warm, comfortable and homely with plenty throws to cosy up in front of the TV of an evening. The kitchen is spacious and has everything you could possibly need for a break away from home. The bedrooms are lovely and spacious too with really comfy beds! We can't remember ever staying in a caravan with such a powerful shower - just fab! The external secure fence outside the caravan is a great addition, knowing we could leave the caravan door open and our doggy wouldn't stray. We enjoyed sitting in the sunshine on the lovely outdoor furniture too. All in all, we had a brilliant stay and so much so, we have booked again which we are very much looking forward to. Do not hesitate to book this caravan - it is fantastic!

We have a king-size bed and 2 singles in twin room also pull-out sofa bed suitable for 1 adult or 2 small kids.

All bedding hand towel and bath mats are provided you just need to bring bath towels.

3, 4 and 7 nights availability.

A lovely welcome pack for cuppa when you arrive and juice for kids.

Tea towels and all cleaning products and toilet paper are there for you. Small to medium dogs are welcome.

Food bowls, toilet bags and a doggy throw. *The park no longer has an indoor pool now.* Nearest one is 5 mins away in car.

Please bring your own fire stick as we have our own WiFi.

Carnoustie 8 miles; Dundee 16 miles; St Andrews 30 miles.

An ancient port, Arbroath’s status as a town can be dated from 1178, when Arbroath Abbey was founded. The Abbey was subsequently consecrated in 1197 and there is a dedication to Saint Thomas Becket in the Abbey. The famous Declaration of Arbroath, the desire for Scottish self-determination, was signed in the Abbey in 1320. Arbroath’s influence grew over the subsequent centuries and particularly during the Industrial Revolution through the flax and jute industries, as well as fishing with the town boasting one of the largest fishing ports in Scotland by the 20th century. It is known for its long sandy beaches, as well as the Arbroath Smokie, with its haddock, traditionally salted overnight, dried, and then smoked over a hardwood fire. There are several traditional smokehouses around the harbour, with many well worth a visit, as well as excellent restaurants for fine dining. With lots of coastal walking and cycling, as well as golf courses and Carnoustie only 8 miles along the coast, there are plenty of attractions and activities in an around this lovely coastal town.
