    “Arrived at the caravan had no towels or toilet rolls as stated in the advert!”

    !!the bathroom light wasn’t working or the WiFi which was not ideal with a 3 yr old my hubby went out to the WiFi box outside emptied all the water out of it and hey presto it worked!!!The caravan could be doing with a bit of TLC cupboard wrapping are loose nails & jagged wood in the sitting area 1 of the dining chairs falling apart bit dissapointed to be honest

The property

Lovely modern 2-bedroom caravan, perfect for a fun family holiday!

We have a cozy king-size bed and two comfy single beds in the twin room, that’s great for one adult or two little ones.

We’ve got you covered with all the bedding, hand towels, and bath mats When you arrive, you’ll find a delightful welcome pack with everything you need for a lovely cuppa and some juice for the kids.

We provide tea towels, cleaning products, and toilet paper to make your stay easier. We love dogs, too!

Small to medium furry friends are welcome, and we provide food bowls. Please note that the park no longer has an indoor pool, but the nearest one is just a quick 5-minute drive away.

You’ll find a pub, shop, launderette, café, and takeaway right on the park, along with a brand-new adventure play park for the kids! Feel free to bring your own Fire Stick since we have our own WiFi, and we can’t wait to welcome you to our home away from home!

ARBROATH

Carnoustie 8 miles; Dundee 16 miles; St Andrews 30 miles.

An ancient port, Arbroath’s status as a town can be dated from 1178, when Arbroath Abbey was founded. The Abbey was subsequently consecrated in 1197 and there is a dedication to Saint Thomas Becket in the Abbey. The famous Declaration of Arbroath, the desire for Scottish self-determination, was signed in the Abbey in 1320. Arbroath’s influence grew over the subsequent centuries and particularly during the Industrial Revolution through the flax and jute industries, as well as fishing with the town boasting one of the largest fishing ports in Scotland by the 20th century. It is known for its long sandy beaches, as well as the Arbroath Smokie, with its haddock, traditionally salted overnight, dried, and then smoked over a hardwood fire. There are several traditional smokehouses around the harbour, with many well worth a visit, as well as excellent restaurants for fine dining. With lots of coastal walking and cycling, as well as golf courses and Carnoustie only 8 miles along the coast, there are plenty of attractions and activities in an around this lovely coastal town.
