And is Perched on the front row on Chy-Y-Mor facing the sun overlooking the sea with the most incredible uninterrupted stunning sea views on site from the wrap around decking in a prime location on site. You can sit out with the French doors open and relax with a chilled glass of wine whilst watching one of the best, uninterrupted views of the sun setting over the sea in Perranporth! Our caravan faces west and so the sun shines on the decking all afternoon until it's sets directly in front of you as you watch from the decking or from the comfort of the lounge through the panoramic french doors. The decking has an Algarve Rattan Sofa Set decking furniture which has comfortable supportive high back cushions which is ideal for relaxing in the sun on the decking. Our 6 berth, Exclusive caravan is available for rent and situated in a prime location with stunning sea views, at 587 Chy-An-Mor on the Haven site at Perran Sands, Perranporth in Cornwall. It is a stunning PREMIUM Swift Bordeaux Exclusive , 38ft x 12ft, 2 bedroom, 6 berth model. Our caravan is of modern design and can accommodate up to six people if utilising the sofa bed in the lounge.

The main bedroom has a king-size double bed (which lifts up for storage space), a TV and wardrobes, with its own en-suite/shower.

There is also a separate toilet/shower ROOM.

YES, THAT'S TWO SHOWERS! The spacious living area has a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and front opening patio doors, which opens out to stunning, uninterrupted sea views.

A 40" LCD Smart TV with satellite Free view, a separate portable USB media player and a built-in DVD player which can be viewed from comfortable sofas in front of an electric fire. The kitchen has its own integrated fridge/freezer, microwave oven and dishwasher. Being totally modern the caravan boasts double glazing and central heating throughout for your comfort.

Our caravan offers you the best of everything. The caravan does have a selection of board games, CD's DVD's and books.

A portable CD player is also available. More additional extras include a complementary high chair and travel cot (please indicate when booking if you require them), ironing board, hoover and a body board. From the caravan, you can watch the sunset and enjoy the stunning sea views and views of Perranporth as there are no other caravans in front of you.

The on-site facilities are a 5 min walk away. There are two parking spaces alongside our caravan. You will be contacted when the van is ready for you along with details on where to get the keys. Bookings and Conditions PLEASE NOTE OUR HOLIDAYS RUN SAT TO SAT AND A 7 DAY MINIMUM BOOKING IS REQUIRED.

The caravan is available for rent from March to the last full week of October. Prices are per week, as detailed.

A week runs from Saturday after 4pm to the following Saturday, vacating before 10am.

£25 will be charged for late checkout.

EARLY CHECK IN FOR £50.

Any earlier than 4pm will be chargeable. Bookings are also available for weekends and 4 day breaks.

Please enquire for further information. We will provide duvets and pillows but ask you kindly to bring your own bed linen, duvet and pillow covers as well as towels.

You can hire linen at an extra charge from Reception. The caravan is thoroughly cleaned prior to occupancy. All holidaymakers will need club passes if they wish to use certain on-site facilities.

Passes are required for the Fun Works Complex, Surf-Rider Club and Strikes Bar & Pool Room. Passes are not included, but can be purchased from Park Reception. Passes are not obligatory and are not required for outside facilities: The Café Bar and Restaurant, amusement arcade, on-site shops and some fast food counters. Please Note: Outside of July and August entertainment may be reduced and focused in one venue only. Holiday insurance against cancellation/curtailment of the holiday, personal luggage/money and personal accident/injury is not included in the weekly prices shown.

If such insurance is required you would need to make your own arrangements. Dogs are not permitted. Terms of Payment Early check in can be Acquired for £50.

Please ask at the time of booking. £100 or 10% deposit required at the time of booking, whichever is the greater – non-refundable. Security deposit of £100 is also required.

This is refundable following satisfactory inspection of the caravan.

This will be sent back by cheque within 14 days after your visit. Balance due no later than six weeks prior to commencement of holiday. Please note we do NOT allow single sex parties and NO pets.

We also ask our guests not to smoke in the caravan during their stay. We hope you enjoy your holiday and enjoy the luxury of the caravan as much as we do.

Perranporth, a beautiful Cornish coastal town, lies in the heart of Poldark Country, the setting for the novels of Winston Graham who lived in Perranporth in the 1930s. Perranporth offers plenty of traditional pubs and shops, plus a classic bucket-and-spade beach that is lifeguarded in summer, overlooked by craggy rocks and a wonderful coastal path. Once known as the source of the finest tin, the community still retains reminders of the rich heritage with abandoned pump houses, mine shafts and workers’ cottages. The local Blue Hills Museum and Perranzabuloe Folk Museum are both well worth a visit to understand the fascinating history of this coastal area. Further afield are the miles of sandy beaches at Crantock and Holywell Bay, and the breathtaking coastal walks around St Agnes, much of it owned by the National Trust.
